Year Purchased: 2006

Welcome to VRBO/149642 from Diane and Don Schutt of Bay City, Michigan. Our plan is to spend winters in Pebble Creek once we retire—still a few years away! Diane is Executive Director of our local medical society and Don works as a consultant with small business start-ups. We have five adult sons, four beautiful daughters-in-law and four wonderful grandchildren (and one more on the way). We love to golf and are thrilled by the gorgeous views of the golf course from our Pebble Creek home.

Why the Owner Chose Goodyear

We read an article in a retirement magazine that listed Pebblecreek as the Number One upscale retirement community. We signed up for their three day "preferred guest" program and had a wonderful time. The people, facilities and atmosphere were exactly what we wanted.

The Unique Benefits of this House

Everyone we have met has been gracious, friendly and a joy to spend time with. The golf, tennis, pool areas, fitness facilities, restaurants, theater, and interest groups are first rate. The area is fresh and new with shopping readily available along with all the many attractions being near a large city like Phoenix provides. You can eat three meals a day in area restaurants and never visit the same one twice.

Our home is on the Falls golf course overlooking a large scenic pond, the third green and the fourth tee and fairway. We think this is one of the most unique and visually stunning sites in Pebblecreek.

    • We would like to comment on renting the Schutt's home in Pebble Creek. First the location is wonderful, close to the exercise facility and pool and right on the golf course, looking out on a large water feature. This landscape affords terrific views of wild life, we saw a crane, coyote and cub, road runner, and loads of bunnies, all from the patio!! We would also like to say that the house is immaculate and tastefully decorated. Enough to say we have rented it now for the third year in a row. You would be very pleased with this home as your vacation destination.

    • We recently stayed for a month in this beautiful house and enjoyed our visit thoroughly. The location is ideal being situated right on the golf course and only a short walk to the state of the art recreation center. The pictures of the house are good but the real thing is even better.     • My family stayed at this property in April 2008. The house is in a beautiful and quiet area, with great views from the back patio -- which is fully shaded and breezy in the afternoon, perfect for cocktails and watching the birds and wildlife. The house is extremely well appointed (kitchen is very well stocked), VERY CLEAN and comfortable -- the beds were "to die for." After inquiring about internet / wireless internet, the owner installed a wireless router. You will find them very accommodating to your needs. The surrounding area has plenty of good shopping, grocery stores etc. and the neighbourhood is easy to find. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway.

    • My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely decorated home with-in the Pebble Creek Complex. The view of the pond and fairways are spectacular.
