Our house is located between the beach and Periwinkle Way, walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. Our house is fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect Sanibel vacation: cable TV, DSL connection, bikes, golf clubs, beach chairs, boogie board, skim board, and tons of pool toys. Enjoy the private pool or walk to the beach for shelling, swimming, boogie boarding, or just relaxing. 11% Florida sales tax applicable on rentals of less than 6 months. Minimum rental is 28 days acording to Sanibel city regulations. Rates based on 28 day rental period. We will consider discounts for longer stays. Rentals of 6 months or more not subject to Florida sales tax.
