Bring your boat for inshore or offshore fishing. Kayaking and jet skiing are great ways to enjoy the river. The dock is steps away for shrimping, fishing or crabbing. The screened pool is inviting. It's a great place for biking also. Charter fishing is available minutes away.
If you enjoy shopping, Magnolia Outlet Mall, is 10 miles away. We are 30 minutes south of Savannah and 30 minutes north of Brunswick. Seafood dining is abundant, many places within minutes. Pelicans Pointe, The Buccaneer, Sapelo Station, Mudcat Charlie's, Speeds Kitchen, and Hunter's Cafe, all well known for their fabulous dining, is just around the corner.
Enjoy the sunrise from the deck in this tranquil setting. The view is captivating. Wildlife viewing is spectacular with wild deer roaming the property. Many species of birds frequent the huge live oaks.

Lynn, Thanks alot for the use of you well appointed, and very clean condo. We were pleasantly surprised because the pictures on this site don't do it justice. The deck outside with great views, was perfect for grilling and happy hour. The boat dock, and fish cleaning station made our fishing trip. Shrimp and other baits were plentiful at the dock with the simple throw of a cast net. This condo is perfect for a fishing trip or just plain kicking back and relaxing. Thanks alot.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

April 2009This condo was perfect for us. The grandkids had a wonderful time and seeing the deer and other wildlife was a special bonus for them.
