This Charming Beach Cottage is like staying in a model home. Its newly remodeled 3 bedrooms, 2 bathes are furnished with Ralph Lauren bedding and plush terry robes for each guests use. The kitchen is a cook's paradise as it is brand new with top of the line stainless steel appliances and all of the conveniences of home.

The yard is newly landscaped and includes a spacious front patio with table and chairs for you to soak up the Southern California sun or a private shaded back patio that is furnished like an outdoor living room and has a TEC infrared BBQ. It also has a private outdoor shower to rinse off from your day at the beach.

This home also includes Plasma big screen and gas fireplace in living room, indoor laundry, linens, TV/DVD/VCR in each bedroom, built in closets, beach towels and even boogie boards.

If you are traveling with a young family, a crib, high chair, and strollers can be made available upon request.
