This one bedroom condo is located in the community of Coral Beach on one of the most gorgeous beaches in the Bahamas!
The unit has a private balcony and sleeps 6 comfortably (2 full-size beds in the bedroom and queen-size sleep sofa). There's also a full bath, separate dressing area with sink and closet, and a large walk-in closet in the bedroom for plenty of extra room. The condo is fully equipped for a vacation including a full kitchen, linens, sand toys, and beach chairs. Just bring your swimsuit!
There is wonderful snorkeling just off the beach or sit and relax under one of the tiki huts. A convenience store, pool, salon and newly renovated pool bar/restuarant are just a few of the other things available.
There is plenty to do for the entire family! Take a stroll along the beach and watch for stingrays and plenty of fish or walk to the Port Lucaya Marketplace and Marina (15 minutes up the beach)for shopping, restaurants, and nightly entertainment in the square.
You can relax on your private balcony or meet new friends on the open-air common terrace in the building - a great location for watching the sunset!
A gated parking lot is available on-site for those who choose to rent a car during their vacation.
All new living room furniture and kitchen cookware was added in March 2009!
This condo is located on the second floor on the outside of the building.
