We stayed at one of this property owner's homes this summer - they have three gorgeous homes - and liked this one - the Indian home - just as much as the other -called the Red home, We had the pool heated and with it and the 7 person hot tub this adults only group really enjoyed being using the huge pool area as well as the ocean, just to sit as the water wash chillllly. The bedroom selections were great and the home in perfect condition.

Used this house as a family reunion with my sisters from 3 different states !!! The house is lovely, very roomy, comfortable beds and closets you could live in. Unfortunately, we had clouds for all but one day of our rental but we made the best of it. Definitely recommend Jimmy's for breakfast (less than 5 mt. walk from the house), Harpoon Hanna's and the Lobster Shanty on Rt. 54 West. Found the Shanty too late in our vacation, excellent food and drink !!! Don't miss Kohr's frozen custard, south on Rt. 1.....the only complaint we had is the pool pH level was off and we could not use for 3 days but it was fixed immediately and then no problem for rest of week. Definitely a great house for just about any occasion. Next year we would rent earlier as some of the restaurants were already closing for the season. One more thing, great pool and ocean toys in the closet next to outdoor shower but it really needs to be better organized !!

No place like home

Perfect for our large extended family and everyone had a bed to rest for another exciting day. The 30 yard walk to the beach, the relaxing nap by the pool, the evening dip in the hot tub talking about childhood memories, the expansive to level with four separate discussions going on, the spaces for the kids to retreat to and be loud and happy, the incredible kitchen that allowed 5 of us to cook every night, and most of all, the interior spacial and Aesthetic design that supported one of the best times our family has had in a long time. We just stayed at the Indian House for four nights over our Spring Break - 10 adults and 5 kids. The house is perfect for this size (and could even handle a couple more kids). The kitchen was VERY well-stocked; this was a concern so we all brought cooking supplies, but they were not needed at all! It was the perfect place to cook gourmet meals, which we did every night. Great location - a minute walk from the beach where you can walk for miles... Everything was in working order and clean! We were even surprised to find the pool was open in April, so this was a huge bonus, too! The layout is great for hanging out; we were so happy to do nothing. The few neighbors that were around were friendly. Mary (agent) was terrific and answered all my questions. The whole process was smooth and we would definitely return to another of their homes -- if not this one! Rave reviews from all adults who stayed here. Highly recommend!

This vacation was everything we could have asked for. The house had a pool, hot tub, beautiful views and a wide open livingroom and kitchen to enjoy our time together. We had a wonderful vacation and would recommend to our family and friends. Can't wait to go back.

This was the first time my family rented a house and we couldn't have been happier. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The kids loved the heated pool and my husband and I enjoyed the view, hot tub and just the relaxing atmosphere. We are definitely going to recommend to other family members.

The house was everything we expected and more and we were 110% satisfied. The unique structure of the house coupled with the genuine beauty of the area really made a vacation to remember. The house has EVERYTHING you need and you will NOT regret picking this one. Its worth EVERY penny!

My family and I fully enjoyed spending time at the Indian House. It was as beautiful as the pictures online and offered us all privacy and family space when we needed it. We marvelled at the creative decor and all expressed our jealousy that our houses don't have such a lovely open kitchen. Before our arrival, the cleaning crew didn't do a bang-up job of cleaning up crumbs on comforters and around the house, but did a decent job of tidying up the place. Overall, this was the perfect space for our celebration. The only improvement could have been a full pool and/or jacuzzi, but otherwise, it was great.

6/24/07 The facilities at the Indian House were excellant and helped make our family wedding a true pleasure Ralph Picard did everything possible to make us and our guests comfortable.Our only issue was keeping ice in the house for 18 people. We would definately return.

Spacious home close to beach. Awesome 3rd floor with outside deck.Would like to see either pool added or hot tub for lower deck. Will rent this house again.
