The condo includes two bedrooms & two bathrooms. Each bedroom contains a queen bed; there is also a third den area with 2 twins (in a trundle bed), which can be cordoned off by use of a partition, sleeping up to 6 comfortably in the condo. The kitchen includes a fully-stocked pantry including gourmet coffee, teas & hot chocolate for your enjoyment. Movies, games, puzzles (including those for children) are provided. Quiet, serene, 3rd floor location completes the getaway experience.
The Ten Mile Island Condominium complex is conveniently located one block off Frisco's Main Street which offers numerous restaurants, quaint coffee shops and ample shopping opportunities. The complex also offers several amenities including an indoor pool, hot tub, dry sauna, newly remodeled club house area with Wi-Fi, and washer & dryer facilities.
Located minutes away from major Summit and Eagle County ski areas including Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin, Vail and Beaver Creek, Frisco is a quaint historic mountain town with a friendly atmosphere and all the benefits a contemporary community can offer. The condo is located only 1 1/2 blocks away from a Summit Stage stop, the county's complimentary shuttle bus which runs between Frisco and local ski resorts in and around Summit County. Frisco also boasts the Frisco Nordic Center for alpine/cross country skiing, ample snowshoeing trails(snowshoes for adults & children are available in the condo for your use), the Peninsula Recreation Area, miles of hiking and biking trails, and the beautiful new Frisco Bay Marina with boating, an outdoor restaurant, and loads of scheduled activities in the summer.

We are new to the rental market as of 12/07. We have enjoyed our condo as a 2nd home for over 4 years now, but as our children grew into pre-teens and teenagers, our ability to escape to the mountains (even 1 hr away!) severely diminished due to sports, babysitting duties, friends, etc. Rather than leave the condo empty, we decided to share our 'escape' with others. If you have traditionally always headed directly to the mountain resorts for your winter escape, consider Frisco. Located in between all of the major ski resorts in Summit and Eagle counties, Frisco offers you the best of both worlds! Choose your destination in the morning, come back to the condo to relax in the hot tub, sauna and pool late afternoon. Then, change into comfy clothes and enjoy a short walk to one (or more) of the many restaurants Frisco offers! Choose from local favorites such as the Boat Yard or Blue Spruce Inn, or go a little exotic with our new Himalayan Restaurant on Main Street, or try Samplings, our new 'tapas' and wine bar. Best of all, after dinner, you only have to walk a short block back to the comfort of the condo. We recently rode the lift-chair with a gentlemen from Ohio. He told us that they loved staying in Frisco! They had skied Breckenridge on Monday, Vail on Tuesday, then Keystone on Wednesday and were heading home the next day! What a way to experience all the different resorts you choose to! We hope you enjoy your stay, wherever you may land!
