Our home is a spacious single-family residence. It is located on a quiet neighborhood close to many Valley amenities. Three furnished bedrooms and a great room with a large sectional makes this retreat available for eight to vacation comfortably. There is a desk in the office for those that travel with a computer and the house has HI SPEED broadband. I recently upgraded the TV to a Hi Def flatscreen with over 100 HD channels. I also added the Sports Package so you will not miss your favorite game while on vacation.
Our home is caddy corner to a 'greenbelt' which has a sidewalk for running/walking paths, grass areas for games, play grounds, pavilions with built in grills, basketball and beach volleyball courts. We are one mile from Interstate 10 and three miles from Chandler Fashion Center. Sky Harbor Airport is within 20 minutes and loads of shopping and dining at your fingertips.
This is the Valley area for all the newest and hippest eating establishments. Excellent restaurants are just a 5 minute drive: The Cheese Cake Factory, Abuelo’s, Shabu Fondu, Kona Grill, California Kitchen, My Big Fat Greek Restaurant, Rockfish, Redfish, Outback, Olive Garden, Black Angus, etc! Just a 2 minute drive to valley freeways.
Golf surrounds you and you are minutes from several casinos. Ocotillo Golf Club is across the street and has 27 holes of CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF. Up to 50% off golf specials are available.

Back patio has comfortable seating and dining table. There is also a TV outdoors so you can have your coffee outside watching the news or have a beverage while watching the game. There is also a private pool to relax in and enjoy the Arizona Sun. Landscaping maintained and cleaning service available.

Clean well maintained and fully equipped property in quiet neighbourhood close to all amenities and excellent shops. Highly recommended. Owner couldn't be more helpful and responsive. Completely hassle free arrangments to rent.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
