Our lake level condominium offers easy access to a private waterfront swimming pool, landscaped walking paths, and access to your personal boat slip. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a pull out couch you can easily accommodate eight people. Enjoy the spectacular water views in the master suite, which boasts a personal bathroom with dual sinks and a private sliding door to the patio.
This newly constructed condo is in the first building of the Mirarmar Condominiums. It is fully furnished with ceiling fans and window blinds in every room, two televisions, two DVD players, aWii game console and games, a stereo with CD player, cordless phones, kitchen bar, washer/dryer, dishwasher, BBQ grill, patio furniture, microwave, toaster, blender, board games, and every luxury and convenience of home.
If that wasn't enough, we can accomodate even more. If you have a group larger than 8 please inquire about our other rentals right in the same building!
Our story is simple - a group of friends that made this lake our vacation, our party spot, our relaxation, and our place to meet for many years. After several trips to the lake we decided to find a place of our own. Our dream fun spot, can now be yours too! From the first step out on the patio to view the lake, to the last cool drink you enjoy, your vacation will be one that you'll never forget!
Since you are just minutes from the main channel, this condo is truly a spot for all! Imagine taking in the beautful summer sun from your private pool, while your kids splash and play only a few feet from your lounge! Our location provides many other advantages as well. There is a boat and jet ski rental straight across the lake from our condo. There are many restaurants and bars within minutes by land or water. And a grocery store for all your needs at the lake is less than 5 miles from our front door. We truly have it all!

What a great place! We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay at this Miramar condo! The location is just perfect, on the quieter waters of the Big Niangua. The condo was nice and big, clean, and stocked with ameneties. Being on the ground level with a walk-out to the pool was great too! Would highly recommend this place to anyone as the owners are a pleasure to work with and ensured our stay was nothing less than perfection!

What a great place! My family had a lot of fun at the condo, enjoying the pool and boating on the lake. The condo is decorated beautifully and gave us a very nice, relaxing vacation. We will definitely be back next year!!
