Welcome to our wonderful vacation home at the popular Mesquite Country Club. Our condo has a quiet second level, end unit location. It provides an unobstructed view of the San Jacinto mountain range from two spacious balconies. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine while watching sunrises and sunsets.

This 1200 square foot condo, conveniently located five minutes from the airport and five minutes from downtown, is equipped with all your vacation needs and wants. The kitchen is fully stocked with all amenities and appliances. The master bedroom, decorated in a Tommy Bahama theme, has a new king size bed and a 32 inch flat screen TV with a DVD player and VCR. The separated guest bedroom has a queen size bed with an adjoining private balcony. There is a TV in this room as well. The sofa in the living room pulls out into a queen size bed. Should you choose to keep up with the entertainment world, there is a 36 inch TV and DVD/VCR Player and an Ipod docking / charging unit in the living room. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably.. perfect for entertaining or enjoying a quiet meal. Designer accented walls provide the backdrop for this tastefully furnished condo.

The main lanai off the living room and master bedroom include furnishings and a new barbeque. Close proximity to the pool and spa allows for supervision from a comfortable distance.

  • This is an amazing condo with everything being thought of by the owners for the guests. The decor, the furniture, the ample supply of linens/bedding/kitchenware, etc has been taken into consideration. Overlooking the pool is a plus with the gorgeous views of the landscape from both balconies. It's roomy and tastefully decorated; and by not being cluttered gives it an open-air feel. Sandra was a joy to work with and answered all our questions promptly. We had a fantastic time and will return each year.

  • A few of my favorite things...my morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the pool and surrounding mountains, laying by the heated pool and jumping in when I got too hot, a short walk to the school across the street to watch my boys play basketball or baseball...can't wait to be back. Thanks to Sandra and Doug for responding so quickly to all our questions, both prior to the trip and even during.

  • We spent 8 nights in your beautifully decorated condo which was very comfortable. Many amenities provided in ample amounts by owner, love Mesquite, which we have stayed at many times, because of great location, beautiful grounds and this condo is next to a pool and hot tub. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return.

    It was obvious to us that your home away from home in the Mesquite Golf Course complex is special. It appeared to us that your replaced all the furnishings and dishes and linens this past summer.   • This condo is very well equiped, very well situated and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything necessary for staying in for meals if you desire and is a very short drive to Palm Canyon Drive if you prefer to eat out.
