  We stayed the days between Christmas and New Years with our dogs. The location was perfect! Plenty of yard for the dogs to go outdoors (I was afraid there would be no grass). Kitty was unbelievably accomodating - will definitely stay again. There are only a few pictures on this site so you can't get the full vision. The living quarters are all upstairs of the home (with a wonderful porch that I imagine is great for warm weather - it was unseasonably cold the days we happened to stay). The master bedroom has french doors that open to the porch. It is a good walk to the beach - but for pet owners it was an opportunity to walk the dogs. I really like this little neighborhood. Very quiet - good to be out of the fray of the Gulf Shores area.

I could probably charge more but would rather not but stay within most people's price range. I make everything as comfortable as possible and try to make each visit special.   Our stay here was simply wonderful. From the time we submitted our inquiry to our departure, Miss Kitty made it all so easy. When we arrived we were blown away at just how nice this property is and how reasonably priced it was She could definitely charge more than what she does. The rooms are beautifully decorated and everything was super clean. Our two favorite things about this house were the covered deck on the side which made a fantastic place to eat breakfast, and of course the awesome and refreshing private pool. The beach is a good walk away, but being able to come back to a quick dip in the pool was great. For a very small fee we were able to bring our Great Dane with us who also enjoyed the dog friendly beaches, and he even got to go out to dinner with us one night at Cosmos in Orange Beach! My wife and I feel very blessed to have found this little piece of paradise in Fort Morgan, and are counting the days until we return! Thank you so much Kitty. We will be booking for next summer soon.

  Met some "old friends" from Louisiana for a few days R & R. We enjoyed the balcony.........morning, noon and night! With a breeze blowing gently across the balcony and a cup of coffee or a cold beverage, you find yourself completely relaxed. Comfortable, island decor is well maintained and clean. The owner was most accomodating to our needs with a pet and our arrival time. Enjoyed the beach without being right on top of other beach-goers! Find King Neptunes Seafood in Gulf Shores for a delicious, reasonably priced meal....they even have "early bird specials". A wonderful vacation was had by all, including our lab, Gracie, who enjoyed her first swim in the ocean and loved playing frisbee in the waves!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, pet owners, girls getaway.

  We enjoyed our vacation at Kitty's house. It is decorated nicely and very comfortable. It is not right on the beach but the 2-3 minute walk was nothing. It gave us time to dry off and to talk about our fun time at the beach. I love the Fort Morgan area. The beaches are beautiful and uncrowded. We loved being able to take our dogs with us. We have been going to Gulf Shores for several years and have stayed at many rentals. This was by far the best vacation we have had. Kitty is very accomodating and we are very grateful for her generousity. We are already planning our next stay. Loved it! Loved it! Loved it!

  Excellent home. Very inviting and decorated so nicely. The pool was nice, we lived on the balcony. Miss Kitty is the BEST ! We are returning next summer and many after that as long as Miss Kitty allows us. Thanks for such a WONDERFUL memorable time. I have stayed in other places but this one has captured my heart and we will make many return trips.

Our beaches are beautiful, the weather is nice and my house is always a home away from home without the worry of cleaning, upkeep and is always comfortable. My number one priority is to make your stay as pleasant as possible without the hassle. My house is your house.
