This is one of the Best penthouses in Tower 3, The Newest & Most Luxurious of All the Towers! This suite is 1 of 2 SIDE BY SIDE units owned by me. The 2 rooms adjoined are fantastic for families if privacy is needed and also great for multiple couples. MONTHLY RENTALS ARE AVAILABLE AND ENCOURAGED!!

It has the best view of the strip compared to the other 2 Towers and a LARGER BALCONY than the other penthouses. You will find our suite to be more Affordable than the rest. Check all the rest, you’ll be back! Remember you are getting a rate below standard non-penthouse rooms!!

The MGM Grand Signature suites is the ultimate in luxury for Penthouse Suites on the Strip, the new standard. The Signature is a NON-SMOKING facility with absolutely no smoking inside the rooms or in the common areas.

The elegance can't be beat with Egyptian cotton sheets, oversize marble and granite baths with whirlpools, HD plasma TV with DVD, kitchenette, iPod docks and resort pools, complimentary wireless internet access, spa facilities with June Jacobs products, bathrobes and much more in a suite designed for your comfort during a dream vacation in Las Vegas.

All this is just steps away from the MGM casino with a separate gated entrance from the hotel to give you a personalized greeting into Las Vegas. GUESTS OF THE SIGNATURE HAVE ACCESS TO ALL THE MGM GRAND'S AMENITIES AND THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO; THE SPA, POOL AND CONCIERGE SERVICES.

Rates will be at least 20%-50% off the daily published rate of MGM Grand for The Signature, Jr. Suite, W/ BALCONY, STRIP VIEW, for the same rental period. Competitor rates usually start at $200 per day and if you can find another JR. SUITE PENTHOUSE W/ LARGER BALCONY & STRIP VIEW for less, we will MATCH that rate!! Rates vary depending on the local event listing.

To Calculate Your Total Price:
1) Go to the Signature MGM Grand Website (Click Link Below)
(DO NOT book through that website that is MGM's with the higher rates. I just want you to get the base rate for comparison)
2) Choose your dates under "Make a Reservation" and click "Continue"
3) Click "Search Availability"
4) Click "Book this Suite" under Junior Suite
5) Subtract 20% off the Total

Take those daily rates MINUS:
Daily - 7 nights 20%
7+ Nights - Minus 25%
14+ Nights - Minus 30%
21+ Nights - Minus 35%
28+ Nights - Minus 50% all subject to availability
(Minimum - 3 night stay)

These rates include all daily fees. You do not have to pay any fees as they are paid by me.

You will receive a written confirmation of your reservation from The Signature at MGM Grand and you can call The Signature to verify the reservation if you desire. Check in time is 3 pm at the front desk and check out is at 12pm.

Payment can be made by Major Credit card (these payments are accepted through Paypal). If the total for your visit is less than $1500.00, a full payment will be required before the reservation will be completed. For all totals of $1500.00 or more, we will accept half of the total to secure the reservation with the balance being due 1 month prior to the visit.

  • Just returned from a wonderful 10 night stay in this Penthouse Suite. We booked our daughter and her partner into this suite and my husband and I were in the adjoining one and both were excellent accommodations. The location is really convenient and the Signature Tower is beautiful - both in the lobby and in the quality of the room amenities. The rooms gave us all that we had hoped for and more. We were always treated with the greatest courtesy by the owners - Charles and Adaeze - and they were very patient in answering the many questions I came up with before, during and aftr the booking process!! The aforementioned booking process was also very easy and straightforward. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning our next visit - hopefully within the year. We will definitely be staying in this suite again - wouldn't even consider looking anywhere else and we have stayed in some of the best 5 star hotels around the world. I will not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

  • This was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had in a while. Just like the man says, no fees great view, super service, great pool with wonderful service and excellent scenery. Dont hesitate to book. This is a great place to stay. Also the walk bertween the towers and mgm or strip are good to stay in shape,That was the most exercise we got in the whole trip.   • Stop searching, you found the best listing for the MGM Signature, and the whole strip. This is an excellent listing for fanilies and romantic getaways, I was able to do both have my family and enjoy Spa Products and let me tell u the Jacuzzi tub is excellent to relax. The Kitchen at this room is very helpful, if u want to avoid eating out. The bed has been the most comfortable bed in which i have slept on, and believe me I have tried so many beds. Best of all the service staff make u feel like a high roller. So don't hesitate to make the reservation, because if u don't you will miss the small Vegas HEAVEN.

  • You are the man! First class suite and premium service with rock bottom pricing. Charles' worry free vacations! I was very impressed with the location of the suite and the beautiful Eiffel Tower view from the balcony. Penthouse floor, center suites really are the premium rooms. Best of all was your truly all inclusive pricing policy - no headaches, worries or 'hidden' extra charges on checkout. Tell all your customers to make use of the concierge - reservations at L'Atelier, VIP passes to Studio 54, etc. Thanks again for the worry free vacation in Vegas.

  • My wife and I spent 3 nights at this fantastic property in early Nov 07, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room is well decorated, big, with full kitchen and utencils, and makes us feel like home rather than hotel room. It was so quiet that during my entire 3-day stay, I did not run into any guest on the same floor. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the lobby was beautiful, and the apples provided in the lobby every afternoon are nice and thoughtful. We will definitely consider staying here again next time. This was our first time using VRBO. The owner and his wife were very responsive and courtious in email and phone correspondance.
