This condo is beautifully decorated with lots of art work and Italian ceramic floors. The condo boasts two Master Suites with California King size beds. There is an additional guest room with Queen size bed, and a balcony overlooking the ocean. All bedrooms are equipped with a T.V., DVD, VCR and a cable box. Free high speed internet connection is also available. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator (ice maker and cold water dispenser), gas countertop stove, microwave, and dishwasher.
There are three full bathrooms, one of which has a great view of the ocean. Deluxe linens, bath and beach towels are available for your use. Beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards are also on site for your use.
There is plenty of parking available, besides the spacious one car garage. A gas BBQ is also available for your convenience. Enjoy your meals on the large terrace overlooking the beautiful view!
One of San Diego greatest assets is its year-round mild Mediterranean climate. The average temperature is around 70F (21C).
If you like a change from cold weather, this is the place to be in winter time. Out-of-towners are usually surprised to learn that sunny skies are most likely in winter. The sunniest month, in fact, is November, with sunshine 75% of the time, followed by December 73%, January, February 72%, March 70%. August is the sunniest summer month.
There is so much to see and do in San Diego. If you love wines, there are several wineries a short driving distance away. You can visit and taste excellent California Wines!

My family loved this house. The owners are very accomodating. We even had a beautiful bouquet of flowers on our arrival. The location was perfect, out the back and to the beach. My granddaughters, ages 4 and 6, loved the beach toys provided and we appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. We were very close to everything in San Diego and the surrounding area. I would defintely recommend this property to my friends and relatives, and hope our family will get to return in the near future.

Manuel & Teresa, We just wanted to thank you for the perfect vacation! The condo was beauitful. You two think of everything. Gracie and Jack have not stopped talking about learning how to boogie board (you supplied the boards) and how much fun they had playing on the beach. Sean & I really got to enjoy this vacation. We were actual able to relax and enjoy ourselves. We can not wait to return next year. We truely enjoyed our stay. Thank you for being such great hosts. We stayed at the condo in May of 2011. We are a family of five with grown children so it was important to have space for all of us. The condo was perfect with large well-appointed bedrooms and three baths. The living area plus the two terraces gave us lots of room and the beach is just steps away. The condo is kept beautifully and is well stocked with kitchen supples, towels and items to use on the beach. There are local restaurants and coffee shops which were handy. We were privileged to be able to meet the owners and if we travel to the area again, we will be sure to try to book the condo. Thank you Manuel and Teresa!

I hesitate to give a glowing review because it may be harder to get a booking if we want to come back! The place was larger than we needed and a bit more expensive, but worth every penny. The location is 1/2 a block from the beach, but there is a green space that gives a full view of the ocean from the beautiful back deck and you're away from the beach noise. The neighbourhood is quiet and Imperial Beach is only 20 minutes on the freeway from downtown. A well stocked kitchen, luxurious linens, and comfortable surroundings made for a memorable stay.

Wow, Teresa & Manuel what a beautiful condo and the location is second to none. The condo has everything one needs, is well decorated and is clean, clean, clean. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were just what we needed for 3 couples. Yes the beds are even better than what we have at home and haveing a good nights sleep was not a problem. The two patio's also were a real bonus. We spent numerous hours on the one on the ocean side enjoying the ocean breeze and also seen "sharks" swiming by on our 2nd last day in Imperial Beach. We also felt very secure and the condo is very quiet at night. The location is ideal with a great cafe 2 doors away (Kathy's), a block away "Woody's" another great eating place and accross the street from there a great "Thai" cafe as well as the "Old Plank" bar where we had many a pool game. Thanks Teresa so much for all your help even getting "Woody's" to make us some great food when we arrived late on our 1st night (after 10:00 p.m.) and for showing us around the condo. The condo has it all and the new BBQ was used alot and so nice to have a washer and dryer in the condo rather than going out. Thanks again Ron & Deb Saskatoon, Saskatchewan January 30th.

My husband and I visited San Diego for medical purposes and had the pleasure of staying at Manuel and Theresa's condo. Our stay there was fantastic! It was comfortable, felt like home, exceptionally clean and the beds were awesome. We sat on the deck and watched the dolphins and there is nothing like the walk on the beach each day. It was a great stay and one that we definitely will do again. Not only is the condo the right place to stay, the owners of the condo are a rare find. They are hospitable, honest and caring people and will do everything in their power to make your stay pleasant. Our husband and I would recommend this rental property at any time.

This was our first time to rent a beach house for our annual family vacation and I was a little nervous how it would all work out. Our family was coming from several different directions, arriving by car and plane. We were greeted by Manuel's neighbor, Megan, who met us early and got us all situated, so we could make it to the airport on time to pick up our kids. When we arrived at the condo, all was ready! The house is a delight! Beautifully decorated, outrageously comfortable beds, luxurious linens and thick, rich towels. The deck overlooking the ocean is amazing! The next day when Manuel and Teresa returned from France they came by and proved to be very helpful and gracious hosts. We are looking forward to someday staying in their place in France. I hear a wonderful new fold-down bed has been purchased and I've always wanted to sleep on a Murphy bed! We would highly recommend this fantastic home to anyone. The beach is very laid-back and family friendly, yet there are so many things to do within a short driving distance. We loved riding bikes on the boardwalk. Highly recommended! And I'm not a bike rider. We got tandem bikes and that made it very doable. The Farmer's Market on Friday night was a hit, too, with all kinds of ethnic foods to choose from. Go hungry! We hope to return next year and are recommending the condo to friends as well. So until next year, Manuel and Teresa, thank you for a wonderful stay at Imperial Beach!

I first of all want to say this was the most relaxing vacation we have ever been on! The beds are sooooo comfortable and the home absolutely immaculate. Everything you will need is there for you! They even had toys for our children to play with at the beach! We were able to BBQ and enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony!! The owners have thought of everything you may need or forget when you are away from home like first aid kits, bath towels and blow dryers! If you need anything while you are there shopping, food and the freeway are just minutes away! I have and definitely would super recommend this rental to anyone 100%!!!!!!!!!!! We booked Manuel's Condo on Imperial Beach one year ago. Two weeks before three couples were to arrive at the condo, one of the toliets on the upper floor sprang a leak. The damage was so great that the six of us could not occupy the condo. Manuel immediately called us to tell us of the damage. He offered to give our deposit back or we could occupy his home. The home was only three blocks from the beach. After talking it over with the rest of the group we decided to stay in his home. Manuel was working when we arrived, so he had a neighbour open up the home and show us around. Manuel visited us the next day to make sure everything was satisfactory and to call him if we had any questions or needed anything. The home is very beautiful with everything we needed and more. We can't thank you enough Manuel for your generousity and kindness. The six of us had a wonderful time in San Diego and the weather was perfect. What a great place to stay and visit.
