Manuel & Teresa, We just wanted to thank you for the perfect vacation! The condo was beauitful. You two think of everything. Gracie and Jack have not stopped talking about learning how to boogie board (you supplied the boards) and how much fun they had playing on the beach. Sean & I really got to enjoy this vacation. We were actual able to relax and enjoy ourselves. We can not wait to return next year. We truely enjoyed our stay. Thank you for being such great hosts. We stayed at the condo in May of 2011. We are a family of five with grown children so it was important to have space for all of us. The condo was perfect with large well-appointed bedrooms and three baths. The living area plus the two terraces gave us lots of room and the beach is just steps away. The condo is kept beautifully and is well stocked with kitchen supples, towels and items to use on the beach. There are local restaurants and coffee shops which were handy. We were privileged to be able to meet the owners and if we travel to the area again, we will be sure to try to book the condo. Thank you Manuel and Teresa!

I hesitate to give a glowing review because it may be harder to get a booking if we want to come back! The place was larger than we needed and a bit more expensive, but worth every penny. The location is 1/2 a block from the beach, but there is a green space that gives a full view of the ocean from the beautiful back deck and you're away from the beach noise. The neighbourhood is quiet and Imperial Beach is only 20 minutes on the freeway from downtown. A well stocked kitchen, luxurious linens, and comfortable surroundings made for a memorable stay.

Wow, Teresa & Manuel what a beautiful condo and the location is second to none. The condo has everything one needs, is well decorated and is clean, clean, clean. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were just what we needed for 3 couples. Yes the beds are even better than what we have at home and haveing a good nights sleep was not a problem. The two patio's also were a real bonus. We spent numerous hours on the one on the ocean side enjoying the ocean breeze and also seen "sharks" swiming by on our 2nd last day in Imperial Beach. We also felt very secure and the condo is very quiet at night. The location is ideal with a great cafe 2 doors away (Kathy's), a block away "Woody's" another great eating place and accross the street from there a great "Thai" cafe as well as the "Old Plank" bar where we had many a pool game. Thanks Teresa so much for all your help even getting "Woody's" to make us some great food when we arrived late on our 1st night (after 10:00 p.m.) and for showing us around the condo. The condo has it all and the new BBQ was used alot and so nice to have a washer and dryer in the condo rather than going out. Thanks again Ron & Deb Saskatoon, Saskatchewan January 30th.

My husband and I visited San Diego for medical purposes and had the pleasure of staying at Manuel and Theresa's condo. Our stay there was fantastic! It was comfortable, felt like home, exceptionally clean and the beds were awesome. We sat on the deck and watched the dolphins and there is nothing like the walk on the beach each day. It was a great stay and one that we definitely will do again. Not only is the condo the right place to stay, the owners of the condo are a rare find. They are hospitable, honest and caring people and will do everything in their power to make your stay pleasant. Our husband and I would recommend this rental property at any time.

This was our first time to rent a beach house for our annual family vacation and I was a little nervous how it would all work out. Our family was coming from several different directions, arriving by car and plane. We were greeted by Manuel's neighbor, Megan, who met us early and got us all situated, so we could make it to the airport on time to pick up our kids. When we arrived at the condo, all was ready! The house is a delight! Beautifully decorated, outrageously comfortable beds, luxurious linens and thick, rich towels. The deck overlooking the ocean is amazing! The next day when Manuel and Teresa returned from France they came by and proved to be very helpful and gracious hosts. We are looking forward to someday staying in their place in France. I hear a wonderful new fold-down bed has been purchased and I've always wanted to sleep on a Murphy bed! We would highly recommend this fantastic home to anyone. The beach is very laid-back and family friendly, yet there are so many things to do within a short driving distance. We loved riding bikes on the boardwalk. Highly recommended! And I'm not a bike rider. We got tandem bikes and that made it very doable. The Farmer's Market on Friday night was a hit, too, with all kinds of ethnic foods to choose from. Go hungry! We hope to return next year and are recommending the condo to friends as well. So until next year, Manuel and Teresa, thank you for a wonderful stay at Imperial Beach!

I first of all want to say this was the most relaxing vacation we have ever been on! The beds are sooooo comfortable and the home absolutely immaculate. Everything you will need is there for you! They even had toys for our children to play with at the beach! We were able to BBQ and enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony!! The owners have thought of everything you may need or forget when you are away from home like first aid kits, bath towels and blow dryers! If you need anything while you are there shopping, food and the freeway are just minutes away! I have and definitely would super recommend this rental to anyone 100%!!!!!!!!!!! We booked Manuel's Condo on Imperial Beach one year ago. Two weeks before three couples were to arrive at the condo, one of the toliets on the upper floor sprang a leak. The damage was so great that the six of us could not occupy the condo. Manuel immediately called us to tell us of the damage. He offered to give our deposit back or we could occupy his home. The home was only three blocks from the beach. After talking it over with the rest of the group we decided to stay in his home. Manuel was working when we arrived, so he had a neighbour open up the home and show us around. Manuel visited us the next day to make sure everything was satisfactory and to call him if we had any questions or needed anything. The home is very beautiful with everything we needed and more. We can't thank you enough Manuel for your generousity and kindness. The six of us had a wonderful time in San Diego and the weather was perfect. What a great place to stay and visit.

My family had a vacation of a lifetime. The accomodations played a big part in making our trip so memorable. First, the pictures and descriptions of the property are well done and accurate. The property was immaculate, well-maintained and well appointed. The linens and mattresses are superb. The owners do an outstanding job providing for their customers and went out of their way to accomodate us. We were delayed in arrival due to airline glitches but they worked around our schedule. They truly provided outstanding service and desire to please their guests. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. The barbecue grill likewise. The condo has beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach toys. Not only are a washer and dryer available they came stocked with detergent and fabric softener. You are convenient to I-5, taking you to San Diego and attractions like SeaWorld, the Zoo, the Wildlife Park, Point Loma, etc or you can head up the Silver Strand to Coronado. We did both as well as walked down the beach to the Imperial Beach pier. Also, downstairs and next door is a little cafe where you can grab a cup of coffee and a bite to eat if you feel lazy one morning. The only downside is now my wife wants to purchase a mattress and linens which were in the master bedroom (and I agree!) This is a great condo with outstanding owners and reasonable rates! Thank you very much Manuel and Teresa for a most enjoyable stay.

My family loved this house. The owners are very accomodating. We even had a beautiful bouquet of flowers on our arrival. The location was perfect, out the back and to the beach. My granddaughters, ages 4 and 6, loved the beach toys provided and we appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. We were very close to everything in San Diego and the surrounding area. I would defintely recommend this property to my friends and relatives, and hope our family will get to return in the near future.

We have rented now for 3 summers and love it. It is perfect is you want to explore the tourist side of San Diego or if you just want to stay put and enjoy the ocean and beach. It is very relaxing and very comfortable. Multiple family members have joined us during our week stays and have come back and rented on their own. It is perfect for every age. The kids love the beach, boogey boarding, skim boarding and trying to surf. We bring our bikes and take great rides to Coronado. The walks on the beach are extremely relaxing as well. Teresa and Manuel have everything there that you need and are very warm and welcoming to us everytime we stay. The meals we prepare and share on the patio are ever so delightful. We have even made friends with some of the locals. We look forward to coming back for many years to come.

We have stayed twice at this upscale condo in the heart of Imperial Beach. It is a beautifully decorated, spacious end unit with added security features. Everything was perfect and the owners are great hosts who live in the area. I highly recommend it.

Everything was, just as it was represented!!!! Manuel and Teresa went out of thier way to make our stay, great. My two young sons(ages 2 & 4) loved the balcony and being able to see and hear the ocean from thier bed. My wife and I were impressed with the quiet and secure atmosphere of the place. The extra's ( i.e.sand toys for the kids) were very appreciated. Thanks again Manuel.

We were able to stay in this condo last week and it was a great experience. We had 6 adults in our group and there was plenty of room. The beds are wonderful and there were adequate bathrooms/showers so that was never an issue. The view is breathtaking. The bbq grill worked great - loved the terrace. Having a kitchen and a washing machine saved our family a lot of money and headache. It was better, roomier, and more convenient by far than 3 hotel rooms (our other option) and much more economical. Close to San Diego and Coronado! Love it!

We spent a wonderful 5 days in this property, thank you for your hospitality Manuel & Teresa. Not sure where to start other than the house far exceeded our expectations,the pictures do not do justice to this property, the views of sunsets from the patio area were beautiful, Gas BBQ was a bonus we ate outside all but 1 day. The quality of beds, bedding and furnishing in this home are fantastic, the kitchen very well equipped just like home. Lovely to wake up in the morning and hear the ocean waves. Very well situated for most things, I could go on and on, we will definately be back some time.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. Thank you Manuel and Teresa for your warm hospitality. The house was spotless and very comfortable. Loved the view from the deck! We also found the location to be very well suited for getting around. It took us no time at all to get downtown. My friend and I rented in late January of this year. We had both gone through a very difficult time with deaths in our families, so we needed a private relaxing retreat. The very kind owners met us at the property, welcomed us warmly, gave us a tour of the home to show us how everything worked, and even had a tea, snack and wine bottle basket waiting for us! They warmly hugged us goodbye and bade us call if we needed anything over the week we were there. The home is decorated beautifully - not too many knickknacks, just enough to make it homey and inviting. They thought of everything you could possibly need - Kleenex, extra towels, a wonderful bigscreen TV and DVD player, beach towels and even beach toys in case we'd had small children with us. Sparkling clean and well maintained. There are good locks and we felt safe here the entire time. We enjoyed many of our meals on the sunny patio. We had such a wonderful time, I couldn't think of renting anywhere else when I come back next time! I highly, highly recommend this property. The only drawback is there is not a whole lot of things in walking distance (other than the beach). A restaurant or two and a seedy bar are about it. Bring your car, and go into nearby downtown Coronado to eat and shop and stroll.

Absolutely Stunning! Our stay could not have been more comfortable! The Condo is gorgeous, CLEAN, fully equipped (just like home), and in a perfect location! It was wonderful waking up every morning to the beautiful view of the Pacific, and fresh ocean air. We spent a wonderful two weeks at this condo, and we will definitely be back! Great times and great hospitality from the owners. Beautiful fresh cut roses were awaiting us, and made us feel welcome. This was our second year to stay in this fabulous "home away from home" which is absolutely wonderful. It is so nice to sleep in GOOD beds, and have all the amenities of home at our fingertips. The ocean view is "awesome and then some". We cooked/grilled most meals and this helped us to save money. The close proximity to the beach made it so handy, that we walked several times a day. Dave especially enjoys the quietness of this area compared to some of the busier/rowdier beach areas. The care of the owners shows in all the details...decorations, furnishings, availability of highspeed internet & cable, front-load washer & dryer...we could go on and on. Thanks so much for a relaxing and lovely vacation.

This condo was fabulous!! It wasn’t as comfortable as being at home……it was much, much better! The view from the back terrace was beautiful, and the grill and patio furniture made it a perfect place to relax and cook up dinner. The beds were SO comfortable and we fell asleep each night listening to the ocean. It was wonderful being so close to the beach. The beach chairs and boogie boards in the garage were an unexpected surprise! It was also very easy access to San Diego and Coronado. Our kids agree this was the best vacation ever. If you’re looking for the perfect, relaxing family getaway, this is the place!!

We absolutely love this condo. It is very comfortable, relaxing and a perfect place for a family vacation. We never want to leave. The owners are fabulous as well and do their best to make you feel very special.
