Located at 800 feet elevation overlooking the Kona Coast, in a private gated community of only 13 properties. You are less than 10 minutes from town and about 20 minutes from the Kona International Airport. House was built in 2005.
Kitchen does not have a stove; however there are electric skillets and a gas grill is available on the lanai. Kitchen is equipped with a sink, microwave, refrigerator / freezer and ice maker and all cooking utensils. There is no washer or dryer. There is also a Treadmill so you can stay in shape.
The owners are long time (1969) residents of Hawaii and willing to pass along their years of experience on the Big Island. The downstairs rental is approximately 1200 sq. ft. The rooms are spacious and views are spectacular. Large yard with many varieties of local plants and foliage.
