This is a cozy retreat set on one acre of land in a private community with underground utilities and town water. You are less than 4 miles to Mt. Snow and about 25 minutes to Stratton Mtn for great skiing in the winter. There are plenty of fine restaurants to choose from in the area. The property is available from November to April.
We have recently updated the kitchen, restained the decks, repainted the master bathroom, added new furniture to the living room, finished the space next to the garage to make it a studio with heat for the winter months.
The property is professionally plowed during the winter season.
