Welcome to "Sweet Escape", where many can come and enjoy a relaxing vacation. Our new home is a luxurious, large (2800 square foot) three story house in the front of the exclusive private community of Seacrest Beach located along scenic 30-A between Rosemary and Alys Beach. The house is fully equipped with all the conveniences you would expect in an upscale home. High speed internet service and Free long distance in the Continental U.S. High Definition T.V. with surround sound in the great room, T.V's and DVD players in all bedrooms and stereo system with whole house speaker system throughout the home. BBQ grill, 3 private parking spaces and 5 covered balconies outside. Hardwood floors throughout, with carpet in bedrooms and tile floors in bath.
The first floor features a covered porch with seating off the great room, a large beautifully furnished great room with built-in entertainment center, dining area that comfortably seats 10. A fully equipped kitchen has a bar, convection oven, wine refrigerator and granite counters. There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, a private beach entry off of the laundry room with private shower to rinse off, master bedroom with king size bed with direct access to a private bath. There is also a rear entrance to parking lot off of the master.
The second floor has 2 large beautifully decorated bedrooms with private bathrooms. One bedroom is the 2nd floor master suite. It has a queen size bed with a sitting area and T.V. It also has a private bath and balcony with a close, unobstructed Gulf view. The other bedroom has 2 queen size beds, private bath with shower and garden tub, and flat screen T.V.
The third floor features a tower room with a wet bar/refrigerator, bunk beds, and 4th bedroom with a queen size bed and seating area, T.V.s (one for bedroom and one for bunks), private bath, private balcony off of bedroom overlooking the pool and a large covered deck overlooking the Gulf.
Our home is located directly across from the fabulous 12,000 square foot Seacrest Beach pool and only a 5 minute walk to the beach along a brick paved path lined with palm trees. You may also take advantage of the free golf cart shuttle to carry your family to and from the beach. Shuttle will pick you up at our home as early as 9 a.m. and runs all day until 5 p.m.
It is walking distance to many great shops and restaurants. There are several bicycle rental companies in the area for those of you who would like to ride on the path that follows HWY 30-A. If golf is your game, the Tom Fazio designed Camp Creek golf course is a mile away.
Concerts are planned throughout the season in our neighborhood outdoor ampitheatre at the pool. Take a picnic and sit back and enjoy the music! There are many activities to enjoy, so come back each year for your "Sweet Escape"!

So glad we decided to stay on 30a. and so glad we stayed in this house. "Sweet Escape" is a very spacious, extra clean, comfortable house,that was well stocked with everything we needed. It's across the street from the FANTASTIC swimming pool in this AWESOME neighborhood, and a very short and beautiful palm tree lined walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and enjoyed working with Mia and Marty, who were very very patient with us and answered all questions. We have recommended this to friends and will stay here in the future.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Spent a long weekend and loved everything about the rental....the house is gorgeous and very spacious, the location is perfect and the neighborhood amenities are top-notch. Highly reccommend.

I highly recommend a "Sweet Escape" for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation. The house is beautiful- very clean and well maintained, and was stocked with everything we needed. The kids especially liked the toys and games and the adults loved the huge balcony overlooking the beautiful gulf coast which was perfect for watching sunsets. We loved that the house was just across the street from the pool and a short walk to the beach and the shops at Rosemary Beach. The owners were great to work with and we'll definitely plan on booking early for our “Sweet Escape” next year!

We spent 6 weeks at "Sweet Escape" this past winter and enjoyed it thoroughly. The pictures and descriptions of the property are very accurate. The owners are very accessible and helpful with anything you might need assistance with. It was clean and bright and kept up very well. The decor and room colors were very attractive. It is close to the beach and within walking distance or a short drive to good restaurants. George's is a particular treat and he opens around Valentines Day. This area is not crowded or hectic during February and March and we enjoyed many walks on the white, sugar sand beach. Another enjoyable venture is on the nature trail at the back of Alys Beach. This is a beautiful walk and a learning experience as well. The whole area is great for bike riders. There are pleny of quiet streets without having to worry about highway traffic. While it could have been a little warmer, we only saw people mowing grass and no one blowing snow. We would recommend this property to others.

My family stayed here last year and it is a great place with a great location. The owner's are a joy to work with. All in all a wonderful experience, which I hoped to repeat this year, but alas they are already booked up. Guess I should have realized I wasn't the only one who had a good time at Sweet Escape. I really thought I had left a comment after our visit last year, so I messed up there too. I just rectified the latter. but can't fix the former. If you can, stay here, I don't believe you'll be disappointed. Cathie,
