We love Destin in the Fall, but after spending the month of November in this beautiful unit we love it much more! What a place! Right on the beach, great bike and running path, fully equipped and on the "quiet " end of Old 98 makes this THE place to stay. My wife especially enjoyed the indoor pool for her swim aerobics and I got the most unbelieveable sunrise and sunset photos. We plan to return and highly recommend this magnificant place. Everything is as described!!

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I Just left this condo and returned home only moments ago and I miss it already. We had such a wonderful time at this condo. Perfectly located so close to everything. The beach is right at your doorstep. Nothing better than after a day at the beach walking only 50 feet and being inside your condo to clean up. We took our 9 month old girl and 2 boys and it was so convienent being so close to the condo for when she had to eat or take a nap. Thank you so much Susan for the stay we had a wonderful and unorgettable time. We will definatley be back.

Description of property and condo was very accurate. It is such a well maintained clean and refreshing condo we have stayed there 2 yrs. in a row now and love this condo! The owner is very easy to work with. I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone! Nearby restaurants we loved were Crabtrap, Backpoarch, AJ's, Twisted Palm, Landry's, and Destin Commons.

The condo was really nice. It was very clean on arrival and the ocean view was beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we could have needed including a blender! Also, the beach staff were extremly nice and helpful. The pool area is nice and clean. The owner was extremely helpful. On our trip, I emailed her a few questions and within a half an hour, she called me with answers. The only down side, if you want to call it that, was that the pool didn't have an ocean view and there were stickers in the grass yard between the patio and beach. We really enjoyed the stay and wish we could have stayed longer. I would certainly recommend this property.

I just wanted to let you know how much fun we had. Your condo was like home to us. Very relaxing and we were all comfortable as soon as we walked in the door. JD was adorable & always made sure our spot was ok! Our kids loved the pool, it was a great place to cool off from the heat after a long day on the beach. The only thing we forgot to do is sign the book! We were about 1hr away & remembered. We wanted to put our thoughts into it for you, so sorry! We also left our sand toys, maybe some other kiddos that stay there will enjoy them! There's nowhere for us to use them here anymore since Hurricane Ike destroyed our beaches here. We hope to be back next year, it was the perfect spot for us to be! Thanks again, C.S. & family

I just wanted to email you and say THANK YOU for allowing us to experience such a wonderful accomodation. WOW, been to Destin many times but usually stay at Sterling Shores. We absolutely loved it, the beach access so great and first floor. Couldnt ask for anything better. I have sooo.. many friends in the Tourism Industry here in TN and a lot in GA, KY, and FL I am definately going to recommend your condo to anyone traveling to Destin in the future. I took about 5 extra of your cards on the stand. We had beautiful weather every single day, the ocean was always yellow flags and it was really great! Again, thank you and we look forward to booking again next May 2010!

Well we absolutely loved our stay in your condo! We did not want to come home today, but sadly did. And are ready to book next year! We want to do a full week in May of next year, Let me know, as we are ready to book early as we did last year. If those dates and rates are correct, you can send me the paperwork. Loved the condo. It was a perfect location and the few steps to the beach worked out fabulous with two little boys. Beach was not crowded, the boys had plenty of room to play in the sand. The view was beautiful. Very comfortable inside and tastefully decorated. We ended up staying an extra night! Owner took care of us, calling to make sure everything was ok upon arrival. Friends of ours stayed upstairs,although clean and big, it didn't compare to our fantastic accomodations. Mr.JD was great! Great location, close to good restaurants and shopping. The perfect relaxing place for a vacation.

Our stay in your lovely condo turned out just great! We loved sitting on the back patio-or moving onto the lawn-and having a view of the ocean without balcony bars to block our view. We also enjoyed avoiding the stairs by staying in a ground unit. Yours is in the middle and not on the side where the indoor pool is located, thus quieter. The location was close to fabulous shopping and restaurants. We discovered that the lifeguards for the beach frequented this location and trained right next to Crystal Villas! Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were also a nice amenity. Thank you for offering your unit to renters like us!

Our unit was nicer than where my parents stayed. It had nicer furnishings and was better decorated. We may come back. It was very good for the price, though.
