This luxury 2200 sq, ft. 10th floor AMARA condo is located on the beach with spectacular views of the ocean, the beach and the amazing sunsets. The completely furnished new condo has been modified from the base plan to provide an open kitchen and living room concept maximizing the living area and entertainment space as well as the views. A bar area has been added adjacent the large living room and the kitchen has been upgraded with additional cabinets and a breakfast bar with views to the mountains and neighbouring golf course. The large deck off the living room with sliding glass doors overlooks the triple pool complex below.
The two master bedrooms face the spectacular beach and each has its own full bath. King and queen beds provide the sleeping luxury and each is equipped with flat screen tvs. The mountain view rooms have bunk beds and twin doubles respectively allowing for maximum occupancy and ideal for large families or shared occupancy. An additional bath is adjacent the two back bedrooms as well as a fully equipped laundry room.
The private pool complex provides everything you need to relax at this ocean paradise. Swim, soak, tan or relax under the palapa/cabana while staff provide your favorite beverage. Enjoy endless walks along the beach and return to luxury through your private beach entrance with attached shower and washroom facilities.
