Stonehill Cottage is a new custom built home. It sits high on the southern tip of Kilmarnock Head peninsula in a completely private setting with southern exposure. The views are spectacular and panoramic. It is a short drive to St Andrews by the sea, with all its charm, history, and cultural attractions. Seaside activities are close by including whale watching, kayaking, diving, fishing, and the famous Algonquin Resort, with its highly regarded seaside golf course.
Cottage Rental Facilities
2300 sq ft on 2 levels. On the main level, are a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, great room with wood burning fireplace, laundry room with washer & dryer, master bedroom with ensuite, 2nd bedroom, powder room, covered porch and large deck with bbq. On the walkout level are 2 bedrooms, a 4 pce bathroom and a family room with HDtv, DVD, stereo. There is a high speed wireless network for internet access. The house is fully equipped with everything required including fresh towels and linens. A private cove and beach are a short walk. Hiking trails are at the door.

Dear Hosts, Stonehill Cottage was the most beautiful place we stayed on our 2 week tour of the Maritimes. We loved the house, the view, St. Andrews town, the walks on the shore, the restaurants, the tourism..........we are only disappointed that our stay was so short. Somehow, we intend to return next year and spend a longer time to get a full appreciation of your Maritime shoreline hideaway. We also intend to let our other friends around the world know what a gem your coastal home is for a vacation. The cleanliness, accommodations and the amenities were perfect.
