This charming Cape Cod home is perfect for your family vacation! Our home is lovingly cared for and decorated in soothing beach colors. It features a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and breakfast bar. The separate dining area overlooks an inviting living room complete with fireplace. Upstairs you will find a very spacious dormer with lots of room for everyone. Sit out on our upstairs deck and overlook our backyard. It's surrounded with mature trees making it a private oasis. Or cozy up with a book on our enclosed porch and listen to the sounds of the ocean. Feel like a cool drink? You don’t have to look any further than our authentic Key West inspired Tiki Bar "where it’s five-o’clock all the time".
The home is steps from the ocean with a lifeguard station on the beach. This is one of the nicest areas of Beach Haven. Fantasy Island Amusement Park is a few minutes walk away. With its huge water slide, games, ice cream stores and brightly lit ferris wheel your little ones will be enthralled.
Once you are "home", no need for a car. Walk to shops and restaurants... Or visit Surflight Theater and enjoy Broadway productions. After the theater stop in Show Place Ice Cream Parlor and be served by singing wait staff... an Island tradition.
First floor bedroom one has two twin beds and bedroom two has one full bed. Second floor bedroom three has full dormer with two twin beds and one full bed. Pillows, blankets, mattress covers are provided. First and second floors have one full bath each. There is an outside shower.

This is a non smoking house, please smoke outside. Renters must be 25 years or older. A 50% security deposit at time of contract is required. Balance will be due two weeks prior to arrival.

I spent a week at the pink cottage with friends and my dog. Initially, we found the house to have left over hair from the former occupants on the floor, unclean stove/pots/pans, films of dirt on the kitchen table and chairs. There were also stains on the carpet in the sun room from former pets and what i assume to be accidents by them. We ended up cleaning up when we arrived to the pink cottage and enjoyed our week very much. I notified the owner of our unfavorable conditions and she advised i would get my security/cleaning deposit returned and i am sorry to say this NEVER hapenned. I would not return to this home.
Owner response:We sure wish Lisa would have called or at least emailed us while she was staying at our home. Our cleaning service guarantees that if at anytime a renter feels that our home was left in less than satisfactory condition they will return to correct the problem. We called Lisa after the completion of her vacation at the Pink Cottage to advise that she would be receiving her security deposit shortly. She never advised us that she did not receive it. Again, we sure wish she would have called or emailed us. When we found out via VRBO of her complaints we contacted her and sent out a new check. And...yes, we did get a thank you for all of our efforts!

What a wonderful home! Very clean, unbeatable location, really nice owners and neighbors. Layout of the house is great, everything is clean and updated. Wonderful back yard with Tiki bar and great landscaping. Can't wait to go back!!

I HAVE BEEN AN LBI RENTER FOR ALMOST 3 DECADES. I WOULD, WITHOUT HESITATION, RECOMEND THE "PINK COTTAGE" TO ANY FAMILY SEEKING TO ENJOY A TRUE BEACH HAVEN VACATION. THE PROPERTY IS SPACIOUS, COMFORTABLE, CLEAN, AND COZY........ SUPER PRIME!

I'd recommend this home to any family... it was perfect for us (well kept) with a great location. We loved the yard as well - good outdoor space to relax after the beach.

The Pink House on Taylor is a great summer cottage! It's close to everything for family fun: short block to the beach, quick walk to water park, rides, food, and shopping. Park the car and forget about it, unless you want to explore more of LBI. Quiet street, good size yard.

I couldn't ask for a better location. Being able to walk everywhere was perfect for us and the kids! The house is clean and spacious, perfect for families. I hope to return next year but for 2 weeks rather than one!

We enjoyed staying in this cozy cottage at the shore this summer. Looks small on the outside, but is big on the inside! Great location, walking distance to ocean, amusement park, restaurants and shops.

Great House!! Clean as a whistle! We loved this place because it's not a duplex like a lot of the homes are now. Advertised as a cottage and cute as anything but with plenty of room and all the amenities for a relaxing vacation. You can walk to everything, beach, shops, amusements!! We will definately return in the future.

We just loved this house. It is clean and adorably decorated. It has a great backyard for BBQ and games with the family. It is so centrally located that you don't need a car for the week.
