I spent a week at the pink cottage with friends and my dog. Initially, we found the house to have left over hair from the former occupants on the floor, unclean stove/pots/pans, films of dirt on the kitchen table and chairs. There were also stains on the carpet in the sun room from former pets and what i assume to be accidents by them. We ended up cleaning up when we arrived to the pink cottage and enjoyed our week very much. I notified the owner of our unfavorable conditions and she advised i would get my security/cleaning deposit returned and i am sorry to say this NEVER hapenned. I would not return to this home.

Owner response:We sure wish Lisa would have called or at least emailed us while she was staying at our home. Our cleaning service guarantees that if at anytime a renter feels that our home was left in less than satisfactory condition they will return to correct the problem. We called Lisa after the completion of her vacation at the Pink Cottage to advise that she would be receiving her security deposit shortly. She never advised us that she did not receive it. Again, we sure wish she would have called or emailed us. When we found out via VRBO of her complaints we contacted her and sent out a new check. And...yes, we did get a thank you for all of our efforts!

I HAVE BEEN AN LBI RENTER FOR ALMOST 3 DECADES. I WOULD, WITHOUT HESITATION, RECOMEND THE "PINK COTTAGE" TO ANY FAMILY SEEKING TO ENJOY A TRUE BEACH HAVEN VACATION. THE PROPERTY IS SPACIOUS, COMFORTABLE, CLEAN, AND COZY........ SUPER PRIME!

What a wonderful home! Very clean, unbeatable location, really nice owners and neighbors. Layout of the house is great, everything is clean and updated. Wonderful back yard with Tiki bar and great landscaping. Can't wait to go back!!

I'd recommend this home to any family... it was perfect for us (well kept) with a great location. We loved the yard as well - good outdoor space to relax after the beach.

The Pink House on Taylor is a great summer cottage! It's close to everything for family fun: short block to the beach, quick walk to water park, rides, food, and shopping. Park the car and forget about it, unless you want to explore more of LBI. Quiet street, good size yard.

I couldn't ask for a better location. Being able to walk everywhere was perfect for us and the kids! The house is clean and spacious, perfect for families. I hope to return next year but for 2 weeks rather than one!

We enjoyed staying in this cozy cottage at the shore this summer. Looks small on the outside, but is big on the inside! Great location, walking distance to ocean, amusement park, restaurants and shops.

Great House!! Clean as a whistle! We loved this place because it's not a duplex like a lot of the homes are now. Advertised as a cottage and cute as anything but with plenty of room and all the amenities for a relaxing vacation. You can walk to everything, beach, shops, amusements!! We will definately return in the future.

We just loved this house. It is clean and adorably decorated. It has a great backyard for BBQ and games with the family. It is so centrally located that you don't need a car for the week.

This property was the perfect cottage by the beach. It is clean and neat inside and is the perfect layout for a family vacation. We loved being able to walk to all of Beach Haven's attractions. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

My family and I had a lovely time in LBI this year. There is something for all ages in Beach Haven. This home is in fantastic condition and exceeds expectations in every way! The inside quality is much to be desired and the outside "tiki bar" was the perfect summer retreat.... all this with the added bonus of being steps from the beach and all of Beach Haven's attractions! We look forward to our next visit!
