staircase and family room - Flagstaff Vacation House Our 3500 sq.ft. custom home features 5 bedrooms, a huge kitchen, 2 gas fireplaces, a 2 car garage, and tons of space for the whole family. This home has gorgeous floors of wood and travertine tile, with lots of marble and granite throughout. Stainless steel upgraded appliances...windows everywhere with blinds and custom draperies. It is truly beautiful you will love it. The gourmet kitchen will wow you, and the spa-like master bath is spectacular with a huge soaking tub. The deck off the master bedroom is great to enjoy an early morning paper or the evening's spectacular sunsets. Outback you will enjoy the big covered patio with a marble table and chair set which has a fire pit built into the table to enjoy on those fall/winter evenings. You'll find yourself delightfully cool in the summer (elevation over 7,000 feet). In the winter enjoy the fact that the entrance to Snowbowl is only 15 minutes away. Spend leisurely days exploring such wonders as the Grand Canyon,Petrified Forest and snow skiing at the Arizona Snow Bowl. Interesting Northern Arizona attractions in Oak Creek and the Red Rocks of Sedona are 30-40 minute drives. Hoover Dam & Las Vegas are just a three+ hour drive! Bellemont is 8 miles from Flagstaff...just hop on 1-40 and downtown flagstaff is just 10 minutes away...also Williams which is the entrance to the grand canyon town is only 15 minutes west of US on 1-40. Grand Canyon 90 minutes. Our home borders the man-made lake in Bellemont. Fish the stocked lake in spring and summer. There are many trails out to the forest to go hiking and biking and are right outside, as well as there is a walking path around the lake and to the play ground (which is at the end of the street). The home sleeps 8 people. Master bedroom with king bed; Bedroom Two with two twins (bunk beds); Bedroom Three with one twin; Bedroom Four with a King bed; Bedroom Five (we use as an office) has a futon. If needed we have a full size and a twin size air mattresses as well.

Due to size and year round opportunities this house is only rented
for 2 week or longer periods.
Cleaning fee is $150.
There is a $1000 deposit (fully refundable after check-out).
Deposit will be kept if you cancel within 2 weeks of check-in date or if
