The house is located in Naples, 'The heart of the lakes region'. Trickey Pond is known for being one of the cleanest bodies of water in the State of Maine. Our house is located on 1.7 acres of land with over 500' of usable water frontage. The view of the lake from the house is breathtaking.
The house was completely renovated in 2004. There are two bedrooms on the first floor each with a queen size bed. The master bedroom which overlooks the lake has a kingsize bed, and the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed (twin over full bed with a pullout trundle bed). There is also a sofabed in the basement.
Each season provides plenty of fun outdoor activities on Trickey Pond. In the summer there's swimming, fishing and kyaking just to name a few. In the fall you can hike, enjoy the foliage and the Fryeberg Fair. In the winter cross country ski, snow shoe, down hill ski at Shawnee Mountain (best night skiing in New England) and snowmobile. In the spring it starts all over again. After all of this exercise you can unwind in the 6 person hot tub on the deck.
Picture yourself relaxing in front of the fire with a glass of wine watching the sun set over the lake. Or resting on the beautiful screened in porch as you listen to the loons. The house has wonderful Northern exposure providing all day sun and gorgeous sunsets.
