You are in the heart of the Roman Baroque, definitely. Not only baroque: around each corner you find many traces of the ancient Rome. This 45sqm apartment is just 30 mt from Piazza Navona, the ancient Domitian Stadium, whose elliptic geometry makes the area one of the most amazing and exciting places in Rome, enriched by masterpieces from Bernini, Borromini, Giacomo Della Porta, some of the greatest Baroque Maestri. The apartment is also very close (20 mt) to the Church of Santa Maria della Pace with its Cloister designed by Bramante.
From this strategic place, in only two minutes walk, you can get other extraordinary and famous places as the Pantheon, Castel Sant’Angelo, Campo de Fiori and a lot of monumental Churches. Within easy walking distance many other as the Spanish Steps, Fontana di Trevi, Torre Argentina, Piazza Venezia, Piazza del Campidoglio designed by Michelangelo and (less than 2 Km far) St. Peter Basilica, Coliseum and the Imperial Forums.

In the apartment area you find a lot of antique shops (e.g. in Via dei Coronari), restaurants, storical outdoors cafes (e.g Bar della Pace), pubs and wine shops open up to late night. Just outside the apartment, within 10 mt, you may find many shops: greengrocer, delicatessen, grocer, minimarket, butcher, news agent, tobacconist. This area is very well connected by public transport
The apartment allows you to feel the emotion of living in a 17th century house completely restructured. The apartment has been redecorated with great care maintaining anyway the original charm: the walls have been treated, according to the Venetian tradition, with an exceptional mineral stucco of great effect and the tall ceiling is made of wooden beams. Elegantly furnished, it is located on the first floor (no elevator) and houses a double sofa bed (200x140cm) and a lovely dining area. Above one corner of the room is a mezzanine (h 130 cm) with a full size bed (190x160 cm). Under the mezzanine there is a wide bathroom with shower and washing machine. A well equipped kitchen (with dish washer machine, microwave oven, coffee machine) completes the main facilities.
You find salt, cooking salt, sugar and coffee available as courtesy cooking basis.
A courtesy mobile phone will also be available to you in the event your mobile phone doesn’t work in Italy.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four persons and is let from 3 nights to 3 months. Guests will enjoy a complete privacy and independency, at home away from home. They will anyway count on always available assistance from us in case of need.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
We send you confirmation of Availability and Total Cost; the amount of the Deposit to confirm your booking as well as the Date within we have to receive the Deposit.
If we do not receive the deposit within the requested date we can not furthermore guarantee the apartment’s availability. The remaining balance has to be kindly paid either by cache upon your arrival or via PayPal before your arrival. A security deposit (300 Euros) is also requested at your arrival and it will be fully refunded at check out in case of no damages.
Please communicate your arrival time. On standard basis, check-in is between 4:00 and 7:00 pm and check-out within 10 am. In case of special need, let us know in advance what time you would like to check in/out: we would be happy if we can satisfy your request.
The Total Cost does not change in case of postponed check-in or early check-out.
