Temecula wine tasting is just a 20 minute drive south! Cabazon shopping and Morongo Casino is just 20 minutes North/East or continue to downtown Palm Springs just 40 minutes away. Fishing/Boating/Jet Skiing at Lake Perris and Great Offroading/Motorcycle trails are 15 minutes West.
There are 7 public golf courses within 10 miles including Soboba Springs, the site of 2009 Nationwide Tour and California Open. Just up the road is PGA's East Valley & Oak Valley (PGA Q school).
Kitchen is fully equipped for all types of meal preparation and enjoyment. The large fenced private backyard features patio table/umbrella and gas BBQ grill.
A 3 car garage is included although owner's private storage area takes up 1/3 and if OFF limits.
