Sunny Kohala coast, this townhome has top of the line quality furnishings. And talk about LOCATION, overlooks one of two pool/spa areas, fitness center and great views of Mauna Loa. Walk to the new Queens Marketplace or Kings Shops for shopping, dining, food, jewelry, art, clothes or souvenirs. A two minute drive to our local "A Bay" beach for sunning, snorkeling, kayaking or turtle watching.

This home is luxurious with two leather couches, leather chair with ottoman, swivel bar chairs, a 54 inch HD TV, desk, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Dining table can seat 8. Downstairs bedroom with full queen bed with adjacent bathroom. Upstairs second bedroom also has full queen bed and own personal full bath. Loft is perfect for reading and has queen sized futon for additional sleeping quarters for 7th or 8th person. Master is huge with California King 'memory' mattress, standing dresser and mirror, long dresser with 42 inch plasma TV on wall. Step outside to the large covered lanai and take in the views and smells of Hawaii.

  • Clean, spacious and well supplied villa with a perfect location to explore the island. Good snorkeling places and beaches nearby. Having a grocery store and food court across the road is very convenient. The lanai is the perfect place to start and end the day. The owner is very helpful and quick to reply to any queries. Will definitely stay here again.

  • We spent a week in the condo and had a wonderful time. It is well supplied with dishes, linens, etc. The location is great - just steps from the pool and easy walking distance to the Queen's Shops. The beach and the King's Shops are a little farther away, but still walking distance for anyone in decent shape. Our 30 something offspring walked it easily. We would gladly stay there again next time we go to the Big Island. Thanks, Tony!

  • We have been going to Hawaii for 12 or more years and have stayed in most of the areas in Waikaloa Beach and think that this is the prime area as far as location and quality of the unit is unsurpassed. We stayed for 6 weeks and thought seriously about just staying for good.

  • We really enjoyed our 2 week stay at this condo. The unit is extremely clean and beautifully furinshed.There was plenty of room for the six of us (2 adults/4 teenagers).There was lots of cabinet space for storing items from Costco in Kona.The unit is close to the pool and work out room and a short walk to the Queens shops and Kings marketplace. An evening stroll to get an icecream was a must!It is a slightly longer walk to the Hilton to see the dolphins. The owner is lovely to work with and very accomodating. There are beach towels,cooler and sand toys in the unit. We would highly recommend staying here.

  • We loved this townhome and would definitely (and hopefully will) return! The accommodations are fantastic and the location near the pool made it easy for the kids to go swimming and the parents to sneak away in the evening to the hot tub! We had 5 kids (ages 18 months to 13 years old) and we easily kid proofed the house. The furnishings are beautiful and thankfully not breakable! The location is great too for beach activities. The location of the market across the street at the Queen's Market made the last minute food runs (for the forgotten tomato or ice cream) very convenient. Also, since we were eating so much great Hawaiian food, the fitness room was a plus, I actually got on the treadmill 5 out of 10 days. We had a wonderful time and would have loved to stay longer! I highly recommend this townhome...you can't beat the price either!

  • I can not say enough about how beautiful this Townhome is with its Hawaiiana Decor, pool outside your back door and the grounds are beautifully maintaned. The beach and local shops are in walking distance! I highly recomend this location and hope to return myself!

  • My family and I had a great time visiting Waikoloa. This condo was the perfect accomodation for us. There was plenty of space and the house was fully complete with all the ammenities you would need on a vacation. The rental process was very easy (even with the transition in rental management). Owner very easy to work with. We will definitely rent again on our next visit to the big island.

  • Great Place to stay. Condo was way nicer and bigger than it looked in the photo's We enjoyed the pool & BBQ. When in Kona don't miss the night dive with the MANTAS on Neptune Charlie's!
