This three bedroom, two bath Caribbean style villa is located directly outside Jolly Harbour, on a beautiful quarter acre landscaped, private, fenced lot. The villa is spacious, modern and air-conditioned with separate zones throughout. We are just a short stroll down to the beautiful one mile white sandy stretch of Jolly Beach.
Head outside to the covered patio, fire up the gas barbecue and enjoy dinner at the outdoor dining table. Sunbathe and then take a dip in your own private plunge pool. Spring Villa has an open floor plan with comfortable seating for six people to welcome you home after a long day. Relax and watch TV on the 37 inch flat screen, or listen to your iPod with the docking station provided with the villa stereo. There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and utensils. Spring Villa has a large driveway that will accommodate two vehicles.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and has an ensuite bathroom. There are two additional queen size bedrooms that share a second full bath. One bedroom has a convertible sofa bed so you can sleep an additional person should you need to. We love kids, so bring yours and leave their things at home. We provide a car seat, stroller, baby monitor, booster chair, crib and a whole host of beach toys, so you can travel light.
All the amenities await you at Jolly Harbour, one of the largest marinas in the Caribbean. Spend the day at the 18-hole golf course or browsing in the shops. The proximity to Jolly Harbour makes a family holiday a great choice in this location, as there is everything from beaches, tours, swimming pool, tennis and squash club and a gym, to a fully stocked supermarket selling international brands, a post office, bank and pharmacy.

Thank you for an incredible vacation. What started as a last-minute but much needed long weekend to escape the cold, wet Northeast turned into a mellow time in Antigua. Spring Villa was front and center. Spacious, charming, comfortable, warm, inviting; every amenity that you can possibly need. Ideal for families, we practically lived in that pool and had every meal on the patio. The house is a 2 minute walk tops to Jolly Harbour restaurants, shops, and grocery store and an amazing beaches are 5-10 minutes by car.Renee was such a pleasure to deal with, from booking to confirming this last-minute trip. Jan and Troy were warm and welcoming and set the tone for a truly wonderful experience. My kids have talked endlessly about Antigua and "The Beach House" and I cannot wait to return one day soon.

We are six friends who wanted to get away from the snowy north. Spring Villa offer the perfect getaway. On arriving we were met by Jan the housekeeper that gave us the initial layout of the area including where the marina, beach, and grocrery store was. We ate out the first night at one of the many lovely restaurants all of a 7-10 minute walk to from the Villa, but choose to eat in our evening meals after that on the larger covered porch dining area, which was spectactular for dinner and coffee in the mornings. The weather was consistantly good at 75-85 F each day, and the white sandy beach was amazing,(5 minute walk) the water warm, and that pretty turquoise blue. The Villa was outstanding, well kept, equipped and clean. The grocery store, a 5 minute walk was well stocked with good quality food, prices were equivalent to canadian cost. We choose to rent two cars,$300/week each which is necessary if you want to do a little touring. They say you can go to a different beach every day of the year. Each beach we went to had its own little beach bar.... be cautious about the rum punch! it can sneak up on you and well,.... the driving and cars are British style(wrong side of the road) There are Sailing Charter available from the local marina. We took a 1/2 day sail with Hans and Kathy from Sunny Side Sailing in Jolly Harbour which was nothing short of spectcular. Not only did they allow us to sail the boat, they took us to a private beach where we swam to shore, then returned for a lovely meal cooked by Kathy. Some of our group also went to the Cullinary Institute and had a lovely 3 course meal(lunch) prepared by students at a cost of $15.00 - great value I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this holiday and the Villa. Very relaxing. A perfect getaway from the cold north. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a beach vacation with alot more flexibility and privacy than an all inclusive resort.

Spring Villa was a beautiful place for our family of 4 to stay. Well maintained, plenty of room. Nicely situated 2 min. from a full service grocery store with anything you might need. Plunge pool was refreshing and outdoor lounge chairs and dining area made it welcoming to be outside. Truly appreciated how much effort was made to suggest beaches, surf, restaurants and hikes. It made our time in Antigua well organized and FUN!! Truly a beautiful island. I have already suggested Spring Villa to my friends.

We LOVED Spring Villa and could not have been happier. All the modern amenities, clean, close to EVERYTHING (restaurants, beach, nice grocery store, WiFi cafe etc), well maintained and managed. Jan and Ian are great and sooo helpful. The most beautiful beach is right down the street (Valley Church)as well as many other beaches and restaurants. Thank you Renee and Jan for helping me get out of the villa I was unhappy with and right into Spring Villa (thank God it was miraculously available that week and on overnight notice!!!!). No need to look any further. Spring Villa will make you very happy!!!

Spring Villa was a nice surprise. The house was plenty big enough for all 6 of us (all adults). The back yard/pool had lots of sunshine all day and was just the right size. Very private. Just a short walk into Jolly Harbour to the grocery store and shops. The only negative thing I could say was it was close to the main road into Jolly Harbour. So traffic noise was an issue but not overpowering. We all throughly enjoyed our stay at Spring Villa. Thanks to Jan for all her assistance during our stay.

My husband and I and our daughter, her husband and 2 children, aged 8 and 1 stayed at Spring Villa from Dec 13th to Jan 7th,of this year. We had a fabulous time. The house was as advertised, spacious, very well equipped and what a great BBQ! The pool was perfect for adults and kids alike. We didn't find the restaurants in Jolly Harbour too pricey and Castaways was perfect for the kids. They could go play on the sand while the adults had a quiet "peacefull" dinner!The grocery store " Epicurean" is as good as the ones at home....important when travelling with small children. A car is a must for exploring the many beaches and sights. We would certainly return to Spring Villa. All the people involved ( owner, Renee...manager,Jan and housekeeper, Isabelle) were extremely helpful, and REALLY nice! Many thanks Renee, Jill P.S. there are some mosquitos, so take "Off" with you!

Nov.8 to 15 2009. Good location. Fridge stocked with breakfast food. Dipping pool great for relaxing after beach time. Pictures of amenities accurate. Caretakers available anytime. Strongly recommend staying.
