Absolutely gorgeous condominium in the former luxury hotel, Villa Alejo. Located on Alejo Road at the corner of Alejo and Indian Canyon Drive, one block from Palm Canyon Drive (downtown Palm Springs or The Strip). Two blocks from the New Spa Casino and four blocks from the Convention Center!

The interior of the condo is very comfortable with all of the amenities you would expect in a great Palm Springs condo including Three TVs with basic cable, DVD players and Tivo.
We have just replaced the exterior windows facing the sun with dual pane privacy sound proof windows. They really provide great comfort from the sun and sound.

Steps away from the front door of your condo are the immense pool and 14-person spa which is surrounded by an expansive deck, on which chaises lounges, chairs, tables and umbrellas await you. The relatively few number of guests poolside at any given time make for quiet, tranquil basking time in the sun and cooling off in the water. Adjacent to the pool area are a built-in gas grilling area, laundry room, workout room with cardio-equipment and weights, and men and women’s saunas.

Please enjoy the exclusive use of our own recommendations book. It is a book of pamphlets, flyers and coupons we have collected from many things to do in the Palm Springs and surroundings area.

When your in the mood for some action, enjoy one of the many casinos in the area. One is as close as a stroll away. Or do some hiking in nearby Joshua Tree National Park. You can also take the Aerial Tramway to the top of nearby San Jacinto Mountain. From there are many other outdoor activities available including mountain biking, hiking and Geocaching. The Palm Springs Convention Center is only 4 blocks away also. World-class golf courses are just minutes away by car.
There are always Village activities, including art and street fairs; check out Palm Springs' website for the time you'd most like to visit.
Leave you car in your reserved subterranean parking space. Walking distance from Villa Alejo you’ll find first class spas, boutiques, and fine dining along the dynamic Palm Canyon Drive. Stroll two blocks south and you’re at the front door of the sparkling new Palm Springs Spa Casino.

Very private and quiet, the 64 units of the Villa Alejo condominiums are usually only one-third occupied at any given time. Most of the condominiums at Villa Alejo are not available as rentals. They are owner-occupied at least part of every year, making this a very special community of friends.

    • Our stay at the condo was great, so much better than a small hotel room for the same price. We have relatives 2 blocks away so the location was perfect...either over to their house in 5 minutes or all that downtown PS has to offer in a short walk. All the other condo owners were very friendly also.
