Newly redecorated, professionally cleaned, non-smoking first floor unit in Sea Colony. Our condominium offers ocean views and a quick stroll to either the beach or pool. Perfect for children of all ages! No streets to cross here! Downstairs storage unit houses sand toys, boogie boards, an umbrella and sand chairs for your use. Just a few less things to pack. This condominium has two assigned parking spots directly under the unit for easy load-in and out.
Our bedroom offers a king bed, TV with VCR/DVD player and extra clothing storage. The bunk beds are located in the alcove area. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and dining in. In the living room, there is a TV, DVD/VCR player, games, books, and movies in addition to the queen sleeper sofa. We offer expanded cable and free high-speed internet access.
If cooking on vacation isn't your thing, then there's a restaurant located directly across the street serving breakfast and lunch. A short stroll down the beach is a restaurant and tiki bar offering live entertainment during the summer season. Within a five minute drive there are many other restaurants, two arcades, paddle boats on the lake, ice cream, coffee, bike rentals, fishing piers, 2 state parks and shopping.

We love all that Carolina Beach has to offer and the close proximty of Wilmington and Myrtle Beach. We enjoy the less crowded, casual atmosphere of Pleasure Island.

We love Carolina Beach and vacationed here for several years before we purchased this cute 1BR unit. It is the perfect size for my family of four. We love the easy, safe walkway to the beach, the near-by life guard, and a restaurant with great breakfast across the street.

We had a great vacation at the Sea Colony condo! The location was fantastic and we really loved the early check in. The balcony is right by the pool and the walk from the beach to the room is short. There is a building in front of the balcony and beach view is minimal but for the price and location you can't complain. :) There were tons of books, games, books, activities in the condo as well.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Just the right size for our family of four. It was a very cute and comfortable place. The pool and beach front here was also just right. We would love to come back next year.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
