The property was just as we hoped, maybe even better, beautiful scenery, spacious rooms ,warm & cosy. A magnificient project converting the Barn....enjoyed seeing the original pictures. Friendly locals and neighbours, more than adequate stores and resturants nearby. An ideal spot for our family winter break but I bet its even more to offer in spring & summer...we hope to try another visit.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

We had a great time staying at Sleeper II. The location was great, close to the attractions we wanted to visit, but removed from all the busyness and with beautiful views. The sunsets were phenomenal. The house has a very open design, which was great for my toddler to run back and forth. What wasn't as great was that two of the sleeping spaces were also open to the main common area, which made it difficult for small children to go to sleep in the evening while others were still up. The yard was spacious, and we found frogs in a small pond on the property. We definitely enjoyed our vacation at Lake Winnipesaukee. Thanks!Did you find this review helpful? Our family stayed in the house last August and it was just lovely. The location felt central to everything, and the view from the deck was amazing. The house was super clean and comfortable...the property was gorgeous. We can't wait to stay again!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.
