Year Purchased: 2005
We are currently living in a suburb of Chicago and loved the idea of having a home for our future. We are still working but enjoy visiting family in Punta Gorda. Our youngest is just finishing college and we plan on working full time for the next 10 years or so.
Why the Owner Chose North Fort Myers
We love the Punta Gorda area and the whole west coast of Florida. This home is centrally located and with easy access to the highway, beaches, fishing etc. Heron's Glen is a lovely, safe community with friendly people from all over our United States.

My wife and I stayed at Heron's Glen for three months and enjoyed the house and location very much. The pictures on line don't do justice to how very spacious and comfortable the house is. Besides being very clean.Next to the kitchen is a very sophisticated dinning area. The kitchen also has it's own sitting/eating area. Enzo's Italian Restaurant just down the road has excellent food. Sanibel and Captiva islands are just a short ride away and their beaches and fishing can't be beat. We would recommend this house and location to anyone looking for a great vacation.
Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
