Come and experience a taste of paradise. This beautifully decorated, two bedroom ranch has all the comforts of home. It boasts of a split floor plan for added privacy, along with a large living room and family room.
The large master bedroom has a queen sized bed, private updated bathroom, cable television with built in DVD player. The second bedroom has one queen and one twin sized beds, cable television with built in DVD player and a large closet. The second updated bathroom is situated right outside this bedroom.
The large living room offers cable television, DVD player and a sectional sofa. The family room offers cable television, combination DVD/VCR player and a sofa with a queen sized pull out bed. To the left of the family room is a screen-in covered porch, a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. To the right of the family room a sliding glass door leads you out to the screened in, heated, private in ground pool. The pool had been completed in the final weeks of 2007 and was ready as of Jan. 2008. Additional pictures of the new pool are posted on our link below!
The well supplied updated kitchen features a built in microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, range, oven and an assortment of pots/pans, cooking utensils and dishes. The washer and dryer are located in the oversized one car garage.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy, quick access to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Catch the ferry boat for a short ride to the private beach. There are several other beaches to explore that are a short 5 minute drive from the house, including the famous Casperson Beach, hailed as the shark tooth capital of the world. Stores such as Publix, Wal-Mart and Target are only a 5 minute drive from the house. You'll also want to investigate the unique shops and eateries in historic downtown Venice, which is about a 10 minute drive from the house.
