Why the Owner Chose Laguna Beach
Our home was originally built in 1959. We purchased it from the 3rd owner in 2002 and spent the next 5 years planning it's remodel. In April 2005, we commenced construction and literally knocked the existing house down and rebuilt an entirely new home on the same footprint as the original. We finished construction in February of 2007.
The Unique Benefits at this House
It's the perfect location for any beach activity. We bought the property because we wanted to eliminate having a car to get to the beach. You can walk to three beaches & the Montage resort from the house in about 10 easy minutes. Aliso Creek State Beach, West Street Beach & Table Rock Beach are each different and provide a totally different beach experience.

My family is currently staying here now and just couldn't wait to provide a review. If you are looking for a stunning, one of a kind home in Laguna - this is it! The owners have fantastic taste and style and everything is on par with the finest hotels anywhere. Overlook the beautiful ocean, cook in the gourmet kitchen and just enjoy the sounds of the ocean. The house is built on the side of a hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the quaint town of Laguna Beach. Easy access to everything including fine restaurants, shops and beaches. Three full bedrooms, one on the lower level with own access and small kitchen area. Library on main floor offer generous pull out couch - great for our 11 year old! Linens, towels and supplies are top of the line. This is the finest vacation rental we have ever seen and are already looking forward to returning soon.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
