PIRATE COVE--- a bright and airy private home with a beach-house decor. This large property offers 3 bedrooms, two of which are mini-suites with queen sleeper sofas and 3 bathroom.
There is a roomy full service cook's kitchen, large galley-style dining room suitable for approximately 15 people, living room with love seat and full size sofa, TV and stereo.

The Palms Room-- king bed with a private bath which includes a jacuzzi tub.
Sail Away Suite-- is a mini-suite including a queen bed, adjoining sitting room with TV, queen sleeper sofa with french doors out onto a private deck.
The Plank Room Suite-- is a mini-suite with a king size bed, adjoining sitting room including TV,mini refrigerator, and queen sleeper sofa. A door leads out onto a covered porch with lounge furniture where smoking is permitted. The Plank Room is available as a separate rental for individual or a couple that doesn't need a whole home.

There are two covered patios and two decks great for lounging and relaxing. The patios have outdoor tables and lounge furniture and a bbq grill.
Pirate Cove is spacious and bright with great separation. Perfect for family get-togethers or a weekend retreat. There is amount of outdoor space, decks, and patios makes this the perfect place to enjoy the Texoma Weather.
It is a completely furnished house with everything necessary except food and personal items.

Pirate Cove is located two miles from Mill Creek Marina and within walking distance of our two other properties. The property is also suitable for a large group when rented along side our other properties. Also available for rental is our banquet facility, The Party Barn, that can accommodate up to 75 guests.
