Located on beautiful Mustang Island Miss B'Haven Is the perfect getaway! The house is beautifully furnished in "Beach Chic" And very kid friendly. Games, toys, books, coloring books, movies, etc. All provided. The Living area is equipped with a game table for cards and Snooker pool. Everything you need for the beach or pool - sand toys, floats, boogie boards, chairs and more. 2 Master Bedrooms with King beds, a Bunk room sleeps 4, plus a Queen sofa sleeper and a full futon. Separate kid's TV room. Huge Kitchen with granite counters, fully equipped. Laundry room with full size washer & dryer. Garage available for guests. Community does not allow RV's; No vehicles allowed parked on street after 10:00 PM. Miss B'Haven accommodates 4 vehicles. Just 30 minutes from Corpus Christi and The Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington, art museum and children's museum. Port Aransas offers great fishing, good restaurants, a birding center, and many other great activities. Come stay and play!

WE STAYED AT THIS PROPERTY FOR 4 NIGHTS. THE HOUSE WAS JUST LIKE THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE !! PICKING UP AND RETURNING KEYS COULD NOT HAVE BEEN EASIER. HOUSE WAS SPOTLESS, AC WAS COLD, FULLY STOCKED WITH EVERYTHING THAT WE NEEDED FOR THE WEEK. WILL BE RETURNING IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway.

This house has everything! Beach toys, books, games, videos, floats.... We had a fabulous time and all the amenities of the house came in handy on a rainy day. The kitchen is well equipped and they even provided laundry soap. The family pool is basically in the backyard. We felt like we were staying at our best friend's home.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.

We love this house and have stayed here on several occasions. We like that it is completely furnished with beach toys and games for the kids. The community swimming pool is out the back door. There is also an outside shower to rinse off after the beach. The beach themed house is a fun place for a family vacation. We will be back!Did you find this review helpful? About the owner: Our family bought the house in May of 2005 after owning a condo here for 7 years. My girls (now 21 & 23) grew up coming to this island. We bought the bigger house to have more friends and family join us at the beach. The home reflects our casual, beach loving style.
Why the Owner Chose Royal Sands:
I have been coming to Port Aransas since a teen growing up in San Antonio. What used to be a quiet little fishing village has grown into a great vacation destination. Great beaches, fishing, birding, surfing, everything you want in a beach destination without the crowds. The entire town has a very laid back casual feel. The minute I cross the causeway or the ferry my whole body relaxs!
The Unique Benefits at this House:
I love walking my dogs on the beach and looking for "treasures". I have so much fun watching the birds run along the surf and listening to the waves. Our house is set up for complete fun outside at the beach or inside on a rainy day.
