BEAUTIFUL RESORT STYLE HOME
WELCOME
Walk into the private gates of beautifully landscaped “Fawndango’s” and you will feel as if you are staying in your own compound. This is no doubt the most unique set up in all of Crystal Beach. The 75ft x 150ft oversized lot allows plenty of parking. The courtyard/pool area is totally enclosed creating a sense of privacy while actually being in the center of everything. The pool is 5 ½ ft deep and is Salt Water. Our guests are in awe the second they walk into the homes boosting 11 different cheerful room colors.
MAIN HOUSE
The main house is a 1527 sq ft open floor plan with 2 bedrooms/2 baths. It is a one story home which features a 23’ x 21’ great room having an 18ft cathedral ceiling and is the ultimate spot for entertaining. Windows surround this home allowing a view into the courtyard area from the Living, Dining, Kitchen and Master Bedroom. The Living Room has a TV/DVD player. Each TV throughout the compound is equipped with Direct TV. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed with a TV/DVD player. The Master Bath features a garden tub and a full size glass enclosed stand up shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The Living Room offers 2 sofas of which one is a Queen Sleeper Sofa. The kitchen comes fully equipped and features all stainless steel appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, and smooth-top range.
GUEST HOUSE
The guest house is a 2 story 1000 sq ft home with 2 bedrooms/1.5 bath. It also has an 18ft cathedral ceiling giving the home a larger feel. The Living room has a TV/DVD player. The downstairs and upstairs bedrooms feature a Queen size bed. The upstairs bedroom has a TV. This, being a Guest House verses Guest Quarters, having a fully equipped kitchen makes it a perfect choice for 2 families.
LOFT
The loft above the garage is a haven for the kids to hang out in. It has a ½ bath, 2 Futon beds and a TV/DVD player.

We are a family rental and do not rent to vacationing students. The minimum age requirement is 25.
The maximum occupants is 14.
