Accommodations:  Condominium, 2 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths (Sleeps 4-6)

ACCOMMODATIONS: New [2006] Mediterranean style fourth [top] floor Condominium – 2 bedrooms + den – 2 baths – sleeps 4-6. Community Pool/ Jacuzzi, Clubhouse, Gym, Grill, Indoor and Guest Parking.
Pet and children friendly.

INTERIOR:
Our Condominium is furnished and decorated in contemporary European style. Its interior is spacious 1500 square feet [130 square meters], with nine ft [3 meter] ceilings, Ceramic tile floors throughout, air conditioning, and room fans.

LIVING/DINING ROOM
The living room has a large sofa - love seat – chair combination with T.V. with Cable, DVD, and stereo system. A small library of books, maps and information about local interests is provided. The dining area lies between the living area and the kitchen.

LANAI
Full sliding doors lead to a screened-in furnished lanai for you to enjoy the sun and dining, with fourth story views of the Gulf of Mexico, lake, fountain, and golf course. You can also watch ospreys, pelicans, herons, egrets, turtles, and manatees which abound around the lake and the grounds.

KITCHEN
The kitchen and bar is up-graded with Corian counter tops, Italian stone back walls, and brand new GE appliances. The kitchen is stocked with new quality cookware and dinnerware.

BEDROOMS
The Master bedroom, with a queen size bed, has a view of lake and golf course through Lanai sliding doors. The large master bathroom has double sinks, large shower, and two walk – in closets.
The Guest Suite, isolated with a pocket door for privacy, has a queen bed, large closet, and beautifully decorated bathroom with tub and shower.

DEN, ETC.
Den with full futon is enclosed by French doors. A full linen supply with bedding and beach towels is supplied. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. A basement storage with two bicycles, and beach chairs. The Gym in Club House has the newest equipment, weights, and T.V.s.

ACTIVITIES AND ATTRACTIONS ON OR NEAR THE CONDO GROUNDS:

•Condo is located less than 100 meters [3 minute walk] from pristine seven - mile [11 km] long gulf white sand beach, perfect for swimming, surf fishing, picnicking, shelling, or just enjoying the beautiful gulf of Mexico sunsets.
•Its a two-minute walk to our 18 hole public golf course and walking paths.
•Within a ten minute walk you have access to: village amenities, fishing pier, manatee watching, four restaurants, Wachovia bank, shops, Italian deli, ice cream parlor, post office, our condo tennis courts, pharmacy, fish tale marina [for boat rentals, day trips, slips, fishing], and beach tiki bar.
