This private, Canadian-owned and operated property is centrally located between the town of Chapala and the village of Ajijic, in the village of San Antonio Tlayacapan. The apartment is inside a walled compound and the owner lives on-site all year round.
The rental bungalow is fully furnished with its own patio. It opens onto a tranquil and secluded tropical garden. There is a private phone in the suite and wireless internet is available with your own computer. Ceiling fans and windows that open provide good ventilation for your personal comfort. Color TV is serviced by cable and off-street parking may be available.
This unit is also available as a long term rental of 6 months or more.
Shared laundry facilities and bottled drinking water are available on-site at a cost of 10 pesos per washer or dryer load and 20 pesos per 20 liter bottle of water.
We are located 2 blocks from the Wal Mart Super Center and Centro Plaza with shops, food court and movie theaters. Grocery stores, restaurants, shops and outdoor markets are all located within a few blocks.
The owner is a European Esthetician with over 17 years experience. She operates a Day Spa on the property that offers deep cleansing aromatherapy facials, micro-current face lift treatments, diamond microdermabrasion exfoliations, facial and body peels,
brow shaping, waxing, lash and brow tinting, manicures, pedicures, and Permanent Makeup applications.

Year Purchased: 2000
Connie Kimmitt was born and raised in Canada and had lived there all her life. On an unexpected first trip to Mexico she realized that she felt completely at home in this foreign country and wanted to experience this unique and exciting culture. Consequently she decided to leave behind all things familiar and start a new life in Mexico. Her past experience in hospitality, interior design and home renovations, allowed her to renew a lovely Mexican property into a charming guest home. This was the realization of a dream and so she named her guest home "El Sueño" which means "The Dream" in Spanish. She enjoys meeting new friends from all over the world and sharing this wonderful area of Mexico with them.
