This BRAND NEW condo features a queen size master suite with its own bath and 8 ft. sliding glass doors leading to a private balcony overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed and a bath. The living room also features 8 ft. glass doors leading out to balcony. There's also a bunk bed alcove for additional sleeping as well as a sofa sleeper. We have brand new LCD flat screened TV's with DVD players in each bedroom and in the living room.
Come take a stroll along the beach, enjoy the beautiful lagoon style pool, work out in our state of the art fitness center or explore the 55,000 square feet of retail stores, restaurants, spas and more in Panama City Beach's newest Luxury Resort.

We would welcome you to visit our Condo not only as a family retreat, but also a personal getaway to a little piece of paradise. The shopping is very close,or if you just want to relax at the Bone fish Grill for the evening, then you can simply just take a stroll over to the restaurant and never leave Grand Panama Resort. This is only a couple of reasons we decided to invest here. Our family and friends look forward to staying here year after year. We were so impressed with Grand Panama that we not only have one but have gotten two side by side.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Some of the great benefits we enjoy are watching the Sunsets that are spectacular. We also enjoy the Marine Life from the Over sized balcony. Everything is so convent to each location that we love to walk along the Sugar sand beaches and enjoy the atmosphere that is not associated with the fast life. This is truly a place for all to enjoy!

We are a Happily Married Couple for over 20 yrs. We have always enjoyed relaxing on the Beach and having fun with our family and friends. When the opportunity came to purchasing a vacation resort we looked at several. Grand Panama was the one we came back to time and time again. This is the most family friendly place we have ever seen. It is so peaceful over looking the gulf with it's sugar sand beaches and crystal blue ocean that you can see for miles.
