Call it Blessed is located in the heart of Destin, but away from the over-crowded beaches, on beautiful Holiday Isle directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico.
You can see the emerald green waters of the gulf from the upstairs living area or walk a mere 100 yards to Florida's most beautiful beaches. Enjoy walks to the jetties and watch dolphins play and the fishing boats coming and going into the harbor or just enjoy the breath-taking sunsets.
The house includes two large living areas . . . one located upstairs and another downstairs. There are four bedrooms and a bunk room along with 5 full bathrooms. Enjoy a game of pool on the pool table located downstairs or a dip into the private swimming pool just outside the door. The house includes a washer and dryer.
This house is located five minutes from Target, Winn Dixie, Walgreens, Big Kahunas Water Park, The Track Amusement Park, The Harbor Walk Marina docks, and the all of the favorite local restaurants. The Commons Shopping, Super Walmart, Publix, are all within five miles of the house.
