THE HOUSE:
With over 7000 square feet of living space and another 2500 square feet of covered patios and porches, this house was built for entertaining large groups. The house includes 9 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, and can easily accommodate 29 guests (no pullouts needed).
The first floor comes complete with a game room containing a full-size arcade game (leave your quarters at home), Nintendo Wii, pool table, foosball table, ping pong table, poker table, wet bar with ice machine, 47” flat screen TV with DVD player, and stereo with CD player. You will also find 2 bunk bedrooms: one with 3 twin-over-full bunks (sleeps 9) and another with 2 twin-over-twin bunks (sleeps 4). Also located on the first floor are 2 full bathrooms with 3 showers and a large laundry room. Finally, the first floor includes 2 double car garages (accommodates 4 cars) and a large outdoor covered patio area with beautiful outdoor furniture.
The second floor dining area boasts one of the largest home dining areas you will find in the Florida panhandle. You may find homes that sleep a large number of guests, but rarely will you find one that allows everyone to dine together in the same room. This is certainly not a problem at The Villa Rosa House. Our dining area will comfortably seat 28 guests! And, the huge gourmet kitchen provides all the necessities to prepare meals for large groups. The kitchen includes Viking appliances, a double oven, warming drawer, 2 dishwashers, and a commercial-size refrigerator (with an extra fridge in the garage). To top it off, we supply enough cookware, dishes, and serving pieces to accommodate a party of up to 30 guests.
The second floor living area has a 47” flat screen TV with DVD player. You can create the perfect ambience using the stereo with CD player. While relaxing on the plush couches or sitting outside on the wrap-around screened porch overlooking the pool and garden, you will quickly find the tranquility you are seeking.
The second floor bedrooms, 4 in total, each have their own full bathrooms, queen size beds, and flat screen TV’s with DVD players.
The third floor living area provides a second lounging area complete with comfortable couches, a 50” flat screen TV with DVD player, and stereo with CD player.
The third floor bedrooms, 3 in total, include 2 Master suites. Each Master suite has a large bathroom, king-size bed, and flat screen TV with DVD player. Each suite also has an attached porch with stunning views of the Gulf. The additional bedroom has a king-size bed, flat screen TV with DVD player, and a baby crib.
Additional conveniences include: wireless Internet access, cable TV, unlimited long distance phone calls, and 4 80-gallon water heaters to assure hot showers for all!
THE COURTYARD:
Truly one of Santa Rosa’s most private, mature, and beautifully landscaped yards is located here at The Villa Rosa House. In addition to its lush beauty, the private courtyard was created from 3 home lots to ensure ample space for large groups. You will find 44 tall Palm trees lining the courtyard and pool. The border is surrounded by full Azaleas that are in constant bloom. There are also fruit trees and various plants that add to the tropical feel of the courtyard.
Imagine walking into the courtyard after returning from the beach. You stroll over to the poolside bath house, shower off the sugar-white sand, and jump into the cool, oversized, soft saltwater pool. Or, if you desire something warmer, dip into the soothing poolside hot tub. After a refreshing swim, you can relax in the Spanish Oak gazebo which includes a gas grill, wet bar, and refrigerator. You could also sit in the shade by the pool under the Spanish Oak. If you are in the mood for more action, you can shoot hoops in the basketball area or challenge someone to a game of ping-pong using the outdoor ping-pong table. When the sun sets, you can continue to enjoy the courtyard and its beauty amidst the glow of strategically-placed landscape lighting.
