Enjoy this rare view that few other places can offer you. Located near beautiful Chankanaab Park on the West Shore of the Island and just 10 minutes from the Town of San Miguel is CASA Vista del Mar and Casa del Faro in the condominium complex called "COZUMEL PARADISE". Each Condo can have up to six guests, or host a "party for 12" by booking the ENTIRE BUILDING! This is one of the most special units in the complex, it is located directly on the waterfront and no other buildings or obstructions block your prime view of the Ocean. It is less than 150 feet from the water's edge! Each unit has a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout that also includes a fully equipped kitchen, living area and an easily accessible patio with table and chairs. Spectacular views and beautiful sunsets from the living area, master bedroom and balcony. Panoramas from the private rooftop are unbelievable. Bring a good book and relax or bring your binoculars and watch the dive boats and cruise ships glide by. The direct beachfront has some of the best snorkeling in Cozumel. Scuba pick-ups can be arranged through many dive shops. I like to have them pick me up at the nearby Fiesta Americana where there is a big cement dock. Maid service, laundry, a private cook, babysitter, and many activities are available at additional charge through our local representative. If desired, and arranged for in advance, a local representative will greet you at the Cozumel airport and help arrange transportation or a car rental and escort you to your Cozumel getaway. A $500.00 deposit will secure your dates immediately. This deposit is refundable at the conclusion of your trip. Once your dates are decided, I recommend you immediately secure your dates as these Beach Villa's are in high demand! Payment is by Personal check or Money Order. Final payment must be made at least 30 days before arrival. An e-mail will be sent confirming your dates and deposit received. All rates and transactions are in US Dollars.
