This gorgeous 2,000 square foot luxury condo sits on the 7th fairway (lake) of the Arnold Palmer Course in PGA West. Located directly adjacent to the pool and hot tub, the southwest exposure offers you the maximum in desert views and enjoyment.
Our home has completed a 'major' renovation with all NEW furnishings. The kitchen has been enlarged, ceiling raised, a new breakfast bar and island with all new maple cabinets, granite counter tops and all new appliances. All three bedrooms and 3 baths were gutted and now have new cabinets, new tile, stone showers and plumbing fixtures. In addition, new porcelain tile floors are in all areas except bedrooms, which have new plush carpet. Solar tubes throughout the unit offer natural light throughout the day.
Perfect for entertainment and families, our home has a large mirrored living room with wet bar and fireplace. In addition, the private patio offers a new gas BBQ and plenty of seating to enjoy the views. We have supplied all the basics to insure you can settle right in.
Amenities: There is wireless high-speed internet, phone service with free local and long distance calling, desk with color printer and office supplies, televisions throughout including 3 new LCD Flat Screen's, DVD, plus his and her full size bikes. Full washer/dryer, stereo, CD player, 2 car garage with opener, plus all cleaning supplies.
Located in the golf mecca of the world, PGA West host's six golf courses, with three open to the public. The Silver Rock Resort (owned and operated by the City of La Quinta) is a three-minute drive and is also open to the public. Treat yourself to great tennis, biking and hiking, as well as the intimate world class Spa at La Quinta Resort. La Quinta offers some of the best dining in the country with a number of high quality dining experiences, plus you are also close to El Paseo Drive’s elegant shopping and fine dining.
All of our furniture for the three bedrooms, dining room and living room are new and await your arrival. The master has a king size bed while both guest rooms each have a queen bed.

Andy and I want to thank you for trusting us with your lovely place. It was our third stay at PGA West, and this was by far the nicest place that we have rented. When we walked in and saw the humidor and martini picture we knew we were like minded folks. I think we must have a lot in common - from the books under the bar (one of which Andy reread while we were there), to the old Bob Hope Programs, the pack and play which I assume is for you grand kids, the little bikes in the garage, to the reading glasses tucked into so many drawers. We immediately felt at home
Your condo is beautifully decorated and fully stocked. There was not a single thing we were missing. The location is ideal. We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets on the Santa Rosas. Saw a coyote on the course a couple of times. Had a humming bird visit us on the patio every afternoon. And we loved the proximity of the pool and hot tub. We even enjoyed a couple of desert rainstorms complete with lightening and a rainbow. It was a fantastic month. We generally alternate vacation spots between Palm Springs and Naples, FL. every other year. But we loved your place and have already talked about possibly returning there rather than FL. next winter. Andy thinks he would miss the water, but I can do without the humidity. I'll keep working on him, and hopefully we will be in touch about renting again in 2011.
