This gorgeous 2,000 square foot luxury condo sits on the 7th fairway (lake) of the Arnold Palmer Course in PGA West. Located directly adjacent to the pool and hot tub, the southwest exposure offers you the maximum in desert views and enjoyment.
Our home has just completed a "major" renovation with all NEW furnishings. The kitchen has been enlarged, ceiling raised, a new breakfast bar and island with all new maple cabinets, granite counter tops and all new appliances. All three bedrooms and 3 baths were gutted and now have new cabinets, new tile, stone showers and plumbing fixtures. In addition, new porcelain tile floors are in all areas except bedrooms, which have new plush carpet. Solar tubes throughout the unit offer natural light throughout the day.
Perfect for entertainment and families, our home has a large mirrored living room with wet bar and fireplace. In addition, the private patio offers a new gas BBQ and plenty of seating to enjoy the views. We have supplied all the basics to insure you can settle right in.
