Talmont Viewpoint is a wonderful place for a family or couples to getaway. This spacious, remodeled A-Frame cabin sits up high and has a lovely Lakeview. Even though it is convenient to Tahoe City and all Ski Resorts, you will enjoy the quiet and peacefulness of the Talmont Area.
The Cabin has new carpet and wood flooring with a very comfortable living area focusing on the large lake-view windows and the wood stove. The kitchen is a chef's delight with granite counter-tops and all the amenities you desire. Enjoy BBQ on the outside Lakeview deck with ample outdoor furniture for eating or sunning.
Both Master bedroom suites offer privacy and comfort with beautifully remodeled bathrooms, luxurious linens and towels. The large entryway (and laundry room facility) provides the perfect place to dry winter ski clothes and boots.
For skiing and snowboarding, the cabin has a close proximity to Alpine Meadows (7 miles), Homewood (5 miles), Northstar (15 miles) and Squaw Valley (8 miles).
Tubing and sledding can be done at the local resorts and there are nearby golf courses, hiking trails, bike trails, beach access, and boat ramps.
Parking permitted year-round for 2 cars in designated parking area on side of the road in front of the house. Please note the 40 steps up to the house. The road up the hill is steep and during the winter will call for a 4 wheel drive vehicle.
