This private recently updated "Old Florida" home sits directly on double tip lot overlooking Lemon Bay and the Intercoastal Waterway with more than 327 foot of waterfront frontage and a private dock with boatlift offers some of the most spectacular views on the Gulf Coast and has been called "The Sunset Spot". Sitting on a double lot and the tip of a small point and facing Manasota Key and Stump Pass (easy access to the Gulf, Pass less than 1 mile), the house is a secluded paradise with water views from three sides. A 28 foot long "Florida room" with 24 feet of sliding glass pocketing glass doors along the entire west wall is the perfect place to relax and soak in the panoramic views of the Bay, and watch the dolphins and manatees swim by, and all types of birds (Ibis, Eagles, Herons, and Pelicans to name a few) land on the small roosting island just 300 yards off the sea wall.
