Sunrise pointe is the nicest building in Cherry Grove, the views are breathtaking, the balconies are the largest on the beach and the master bedroom is direct ocean front. With over 1800 square feet of luxuriously appointed living space, this unit is tremendously comfortable.
This luxury furnished condominium directly on the ocean will feel like your home away from home. It has nice furniture, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and great beds. The master bedroom and one other room have king size beds. The other two bedrooms have queen size beds. The master bedroom suite has a luxury bath with a jetted tub. Two bedrooms share a full bath. And the fourth bedroom has a private full bath. The living room has a large high definition TV. All four bedrooms have televisions with video players. Free Wi-Fi is provided, but you must bring your own computer.
Your building has indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river suitable for children, and a kiddie pool. The building sits directly on a the nicest beach in the area. Cherry Grove Beach is a relaxed family beach on a peninsula with limited traffic, yet it is just minutes from a wide variety of restaurants, shopping, golf, and entertainment.
This is our second home and we would like to share this home with you. After one stay, we know that you will be back year after year. You deal directly with us and get very competitive rates.

Why the Owner Chose Sunrise Pointe
This was the nicest part of Myrtle Beach for the way I like to vacation. The beach is nice and wide in this location and is mainly a family area. We are only minutes from the commercial attraction but do not have to deal with the drive by traffic you find at most other locations.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The peace and quiet are the greatest thing about this part of North Myrtle beach. We have very little traffic, no bars and no motor cycles :( The beach is extra wide so even during the peak season we have plenty of room for games, kite flying etc
This is the only public fishing pier on North Myrtle beach and great fish are caught here every Fall

My name is Rodney Geohagan, this is our only beach home and we only share it with nice people who love it as much as we do. This unit is wonderful because we have great parking and the best views on the beach.

I have never made a rental like this before so I was somewhat nervous at first. But I can tell you the owner made it an easy simple process and was great to work with. I would highly recommend this condo. The condo is in great condition, very clean, and very roomy. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer in the condo as well. Being in North Myrtle Beach made for a great family stay, and was pretty good for locations to shops, malls, food, and entertainment, etcetera. The view from the baclony was good, and the beach was just awesome. We spent a lot of time going to and from the beach to the lazy river and poolside area of the condo. The kitchen was good and allowed us to cook a lot of meals in house, and we also ate out too. You won't be dissapointed! We will go back again for sure

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Ocean Front Condo. It was in a wonderful location and it was very attractive and made our trip wonderful. We will definitely stay in this condo again.

We stayed in this condo in May 2009 and really enjoyed our stay. The condo is spacious, well equipped and the 2 King beds were very comfortable. I especially liked the sleep number bed since that is what I have at home. We are also going to stay here again the end of June 2009. The owner was great to work with and prompt with return calls or emails.

We stayed in this unit during January and February,'09. The condo is very well furnished and nicely decorated. Kitchen and laundry appliances appeared to be relatively new, and the kitchen well stocked with utencils, dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans, etc. The views of the beach and ocean are spectacular making this condo a very pleasant place for a vacation. We recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation spot.

A great retreat at the beach! Spacious, well furnished, beautiful view and comfortable bedding. Owners are very easy to work with and respond quickly. We hope to return to Sunrise Point for rest and relation again soon!

We had a fabulous time at your condo! It’s spacious, beautifully decorated and has extra windows since it’s an end unit! It has many amenities including lots of new cookware, TV’s everywhere, wi-fi, hair dryers in each bathroom and the most comfortable beds! We loved the large balcony…we watched glorious sunrises and sunsets and dolphins swimming near the shore. The condo is very accessible and in a super location. You were great to work with and responded quickly to my emails! We hope to visit again in the fall!
