This charming six-year old 1500 sq. ft. chalet located 3 min drive from beach entrance has an open floor design with a beautiful stone gas fireplace to cozy up after a long day of nearby skiing. The large rear deck containing a large gas grill is great for entertaining during the hot summer months. Enjoy the wildlife right outside the front door. Deer, red fox, wild turkey and an occasional black bear are some of the wildlife you will see.

Why the Owner Chose Towamensing Trails
The area has been developed with restaurants, lakes, and many activities. It is a popular ski area and summer vacation area in south eastern PA, NY and NJ. Rentals are year long as opposed to beach rentals that have only one peak season.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The lakeview house is located in a peaceful, wooded area walking distance from the lake The house but, a 10-15 minute walk to the beach entrance of the lake. The house gets lots of natural sunlight and is situated on a corner lot with only a few houses surounding it one one side and behind it. The open floor layout is great for entertaining. This chalet is perfect for two small families, one large family, two couples or 6-7 adults (over the age of 25.)

PA. I enjoy travelling and have been to Europe (Italy, France, Switzerland and Greece) to visit my family several times and have travelled to Mexico, Jamaica, the New England states, NY, NJ, DE, MD, SC, FL and CA. We had a great time at the house! Very well maintained and the high ceilings and big windows give it a great feel! We went in the winter but I could imagine spending some great nights out on the deck. Thanks, we will be back!!

I have spent several weekends at this location. The home itself is beautiful not to mention the corner lot that it is situated on with the easy access of the circle drive. Right up from the lake and within driving distance of all the wonderful happenings of the local area and surroundings. I look forward to using this home again and again. It's simply charming! Oh, and on a rainy day there's plenty to do at this home as well.

We were very happy with this home, which was very clean, bright and nicely decorated. The home was very comfortable and was very close to the ski resorts. The kids loved the conversation table from ping/pong to air hockey. Very big hit. We would definately come back.

I had stayed at this house over 4 times and I love it everytime. Before staying here I looked around and this house is by far the best house in the area.. I would reccomend this to anyone, besides April 18th weekend, thats my days..HaHa

My family and I stayed at this lovely home this past summer. The pool and beach areas were a treat on the warm summer days. The outdoor deck with grill was fabulous!! We were able to cook a great meal and sit outside with mother nature. Lovely place to stay and close to everything-highly recommend!
