This is likely one of the most unique and desirable properties in the entire Palm Springs area! Desert Ridge Estate is a custom built 5,400+ square-foot home with plenty of space for your large group or family reunion. It can host up to 400 guests for events. The rustic brick & stone home has a beautiful lake, surrounded by palm and citrus trees. It’s like a home in a movie. Bring your horses, bikes, friends, family... lots of room!
The 7 bedroom 4 ½ bath home comfortably sleeps 30 people & is turn-key ready for your arrival with linens and towels, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen & many amenities and extras.
Outdoors: The private, heated infinity pool & spa overlooks the lake and features a tanning shelf, ledge seats, cascading rock waterfalls and is surrounded by lush, colorful landscaping and outdoor seating. If you want to cool down, flip on the misters; if you want to heat it up...cozy up to the outdoor fireplace and watch a little TV on the outdoor flatscreen. Dine indoors or out at Desert Ridge Estate: The large outdoor dining table seats 10 and is situated next to the outdoor kitchen with built in gas BBQ, sink and plenty of counter space. The entire patio overlooks lush grass sloping down to the lake where you can swim, fish or jetski. The upper event lawn features views of the house, pool, waterfalls, lake and mountains. Outdoor sound will enhance your entire experience.
Indoors: The fabulous chef’s kitchen has slab granite counters, refrigerator, stainless steel appliances, Dacor 5-burner gas cook-top with pot filler, double oven with convection, microwave, dual dishwashers, under counter lighting, huge island with an extra prep sink...everything you need for a gourmet feast or just plenty of space to store the supplies from your vacation food Costco run!
Bedroom Descriptions: The Master Suite is large & luxurious with super-plush King-size bed, HDTV, huge walk-in closet and private, french doors leading out to the pool and spa. It also features an adjoining retreat area with two double beds. The retreat has it’s own doors to the back yard as well. The Master Bath has an oversize custom tiled shower with rain dome shower head & luxurious jacuzzi tub.
Bedroom 2 is a suite with private adjoining bath, King bed, flatscreen TV, gorgeous view and doors to the pool & spa. Bedrooms 3 & 4 also feature a King bed and a Queen bed, flatscreen TV’s, views, private doors to the pool & spa and share a Jack ‘n Jill full bath with dual sinks. Bedroom 5 features 2 Queen bunk beds for a total of 4 Queen beds. It also has 2 Double trundle beds for lots of separate sleeping areas. Bedroom 5 would also utilize the Jack 'n Jill bath or hall powder bath and has a private sink with a mirror above it and private doors to the outside as well as the game room. Bedrooms 6 & 7 (guest house) feature King beds and they share a Jack 'n Jill full bath with oversized tub/shower and dual sinks. The guest house also has a kitchen and sitting area with flatscreen TV. Other bedding: Sleeper sofa in the Great Room and a portable crib.

Great Room amenities include wood beam ceilings, a giant fireplace, widescreen HDTV and DVD.
The dining area features a huge dining table with bench seating for 10-14 and adjoining wet bar with granite counters. There is seating for an extra 5 at the kitchen bar. Total indoor/outdoor dining seating seats: 25-29.
The Theater/Media Room has a full-wall screen with high definition projector, surround sound and DVD player as well as a large sectional for plenty of seating. The sectional also converts to a Queen sofabed.
The Game Room is the final say in fun! Pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, beer pong table, ping pong, darts, flatscreen TV, treadmill, exercise bike and weights.

"Our family has used VRBO for years and the CTR Ranch is by far the best home in California that we have ever rented. From the beautiful house with grand room to the motorcycle track to the jet ski lake, it has it all. I highly recommend you rent it and see for yourself. You will be amazed.”

This home is beyond words! It is spectacular, and a definate luxury. We had 17 people stay a weekend here and it felt like there were only 5 people with all of the space. The backyard area and lake area are breathtaking...mezmorizingly beautiful. you dont need to take a thing from home, this place is FULLY stocked. We were blown away with the privacy and beauty. We will be going back for sure!
