2 identical units available for rent, both clean, bright, spacious, both are two bedroom, two bath, garden level villas with custom made tropical furnishings. One unit with 2 queen beds the other with a queen and 2 twin beds. Both very nicely decorated with ceramic tile everywhere including the two walk in showers. The windows are large and screened, this accomodation is naturally cooled by ocean breezes and ceiling fans in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There are good grocery stores and a deli nearby with fresh fruit and vegetables. For total rest and relaxation a private pool is just beyond the terrace, the entire property surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens.

Located just a ten minute walk from Playa Guiones, a five mile long white sand beach famous for surfing. A variety of restaurants are nearby serving fresh seafood caught daily. There is a lot going on in our Pelada neighbourhood, new restaurants and markets popping up everywhere. You can walk the spectacular coastline for miles and miles or the monkey trail to the mouth of the Rio Nosara. You can take an easy hike around the Ostional reserve, or enjoy swimming, surfing, fishing, horseback riding and more. Abundant exotic plants and animals are yours to discover in their natural habitat right at your doorstep.
